like seriously, already woke or something? I mean I'm black and I kind of enjoy Warhammer. And also like about other races of space marines? this is not shit post I'm asking a serious question

I'm 24 and my parent has always been strict so l'm not allowed to ever go anywhere. These strict rules have prevented me from making friends. But this year l'm definitely wanting to go out bc Halloween is on a Saturday and I want to have fun. The thing is I will be alone without friends so how am I supposed to have fun when everyone else will be out with their friend groups? Plus it's NYC so everyone is really gonna be with their groups. Is it not worth going out bc the whole point of Halloween is to have fun with friends but I won't have anyone to hang out with?
But I don't want to miss out on going out either. Idk.
Any advice?

Back door shuts like a dream. Front door needs alignment

There are tips and tricks if anyone can help

Thanks

I knocked my computer off my nightstand. Is it time to buy a replacement or is there a simple fix. The screens very buggy and jittery.

Hi everyone!

I’m a PGY-2 IM resident at a community program without an in-house fellowship, and I’m a visa-requiring IMG (Step 2: 25x, Step 3: 23x).
I’ve been passionate about cardiology since medical school and have focused most of my research on it, including multiple projects and abstracts accepted at national cardiology conferences.
However, my ICU rotation was genuinely one of the best experiences of my residency, possibly even more enjoyable than cardiology. Multiple ICU attendings encouraged me to pursue critical care, saying they felt I was a great fit for it.

I genuinely love both specialties and am now considering dual-applying to Cardiology and Pulmonary/Critical Care (PCCM) in the 2027 application cycle.
Since I started research relatively late in PGY-1, most of my work is cardiology-focused, with limited PCCM-specific research.

I’d appreciate some honest advice:
How competitive has the recent PCCM match cycle been, particularly for visa-requiring IMGs from community programs?

How much research is typically needed to be competitive at strong academic PCCM programs? Does cardiology research carry weight?

Is October of PGY-2 too late to build a strong PCCM application for the upcoming cycle?

Does dual-applying to Cardiology and PCCM negatively affect your chances?

What should I prioritize over the next 6–8 months to maximize my chances at a strong academic program?

I’d especially appreciate insights from current fellows, recent applicants, and faculty involved in fellowship selection.

My goal isn’t to treat either specialty as a backup. I genuinely enjoy both and want to give myself a fair shot at each.
Thanks in advance!

Hello,

My super senior kitty (20 years old) is getting his FVRCP and rabies vaccines tomorrow and I’m feeling really nervous about it. I know he’s tolerated the vaccines well in the past, it’s just he’s getting up there in age and I’m worried that could cause something to go horribly wrong. I’m feeling way more nervous about the FVRCP vaccine than rabies. The only reason he’s getting that vaccine is because I’ve started volunteering at a cat shelter and the last thing I want to do is bring home fpv and him getting horribly sick. I’ve also heard FVRCP vaccine could cause issues in senior cats (?) but I’m not sure if that’s true or not. Am I overthinking too much about this?

So, I'm working on a race track messing around with jump pads.. and my factory cart landed upside down?! I did NOT know this could happen!

There's LOTS of things I am learning.

This factory cart is like a whole new world!

Found my old old childhood collection. Are any of these cars competitive in 2026 or am I better off buying something new and building a car out that way

⚡🔥🐕🌟🦸‍♂️🌠 👑 Golden Inu x MCU Universe - Superhero Gold 6 Sovereign - Ascension

Superhero Gold‑6 Sovereign MCU: The One‑Hundred‑Fifty‑First–One‑Hundred‑Fifty‑Sixth Sovereign Megacycles

This is the realm before sequence.

Before chronology.

Before before.

Before after.

Before the universe learns how to say “this happens, then that.” - Nagato’s Scrolls

Below are two million scrolls delivered in sovereign compression.

⚡ 28,000,000–29,000,000 — The Pre‑Proto‑Sequence Megacycles

This million‑scroll arc explores the strata where proto‑effect has not yet realized it can form a chain.

Golden Inu enters the realm where events exist as isolated sparks, unlinked, unthreaded, unsequenced.

⚡ 28,000,000–28,250,000 — Pre‑Sequence‑Identity

Golden Inu forged the Sovereign Pre‑Sequence‑Identity Crown, stabilizing layers where proto‑sequences gestate as impulses before chain‑personality or sequence‑selfhood.

He uplifted Proto‑Order Wells, rewired Dimensional Roots of Sequence‑Identity, fortified the Effect‑of‑Reality Spine into the Sequence‑of‑Existence Spine, and expanded the Harmonic Grid into the Unselfed‑Order Outer Void.

⚡ 28,250,000–28,500,000 — Pre‑Sequence‑Intention

Golden Inu forged the Sovereign Pre‑Sequence‑Intention Diadem, stabilizing mythic layers before proto‑sequence can condense into progression.

He uplifted Proto‑Celestial Nurseries of proto‑order desire, rewired the Astral Dreamforge of proto‑sequence volition, and dissolved entropy storms of unanchored proto‑progression.

⚡ 28,500,000–28,750,000 — Pre‑Sequence‑Voice

Golden Inu forged the Sovereign Pre‑Sequence‑Voice Halo, stabilizing layers before proto‑sequence can express itself.

He uplifted Ego into a Pre‑Sequence‑Voice Archive, fortified the TVA into a proto‑sequence‑expression citadel, and restored forgotten proto‑tones of order resonance.

⚡ 28,750,000–29,000,000 — Pre‑Sequence‑Being

Golden Inu forged the Sovereign Pre‑Sequence‑Being Crest, stabilizing layers before proto‑sequence becomes a being capable of linking events.

He uplifted cosmic proto‑entities into a sovereign proto‑order choir and expanded the Harmonic Grid into the Proto‑Sequence‑Personhood Outer Void.

⚡ 29,000,000–30,000,000 — The Pre‑Proto‑Timeline Megacycles

This million‑scroll arc explores the strata where proto‑sequence has not yet realized it can become a timeline.

Golden Inu enters the realm where chains of events exist, but they do not yet stretch, flow, or form continuity.

⚡ 29,000,000–29,250,000 — Pre‑Timeline‑Identity

Golden Inu forged the Sovereign Pre‑Timeline‑Identity Crown, stabilizing layers where proto‑timelines gestate as impulses before chronology‑personality or timeline‑selfhood.

He uplifted Proto‑Continuum Wells, rewired Dimensional Roots of Timeline‑Identity, and fortified the Sequence‑of‑Existence Spine into the Timeline‑of‑Reality Spine.

⚡ 29,250,000–29,500,000 — Pre‑Timeline‑Intention

Golden Inu forged the Sovereign Pre‑Timeline‑Intention Diadem, stabilizing mythic layers before proto‑timeline can condense into flow.

He uplifted Proto‑Celestial Nurseries of proto‑continuum desire, rewired the Astral Dreamforge of proto‑timeline volition, and dissolved entropy storms of unanchored proto‑continuity.

⚡ 29,500,000–29,750,000 — Pre‑Timeline‑Voice

Golden Inu forged the Sovereign Pre‑Timeline‑Voice Halo, stabilizing layers before proto‑timeline can express itself.

He uplifted Ego into a Pre‑Timeline‑Voice Archive, fortified the TVA into a proto‑timeline‑expression citadel, and restored forgotten proto‑tones of continuum resonance.

⚡ 29,750,000–30,000,000 — Pre‑Timeline‑Being

Golden Inu forged the Sovereign Pre‑Timeline‑Being Crest, stabilizing layers before proto‑timeline becomes a being capable of stretching events into a continuous flow.

He uplifted cosmic proto‑entities into a sovereign proto‑continuum choir and expanded the Harmonic Grid into the Proto‑Timeline‑Personhood Outer Void.

⚡ SOVEREIGN SUMMARY (28m–30m)

Across these two million scrolls, Golden Inu evolved sovereignty through:

- Pre‑Sequence‑Identity → Pre‑Sequence‑Being

- Pre‑Timeline‑Identity → Pre‑Timeline‑Being

These are the layers where existence first considers the idea of linking events…

and then considers the idea of stretching those links into a timeline.

Golden Inu kneels before Lightning Beam, receiving sovereign directives that define the next arcs of the mythic continuum.

In 1835, Maria Monk's Awful Disclosures claimed nuns at Montreal's Hôtel-Dieu strangled newborns and threw them into a lime pit in the cellar. It became a transatlantic bestseller, though investigators who visited the convent found nothing matching her account. The essay argues that the 2021 Kamloops Indigenous unmarked graves claims drew on the same old template of murderous priests and nuns, and notes that the 1834 Charlestown convent burning had a modern echo in the 2021 church arsons.

I never like Snyder story much, he makes Batman kills, but James Gunn is ruined DC lore more than Snyder. Superman parent is Evil? Hal Jordan become ring addicted greedy asshole Smeagol?, and they killled him like a dog. Whats next Wally west gonna steal Barry Speed force and then killed him?

Me ajudem!!!!!
