Go to Amazon or a brewing supply store and buy some of this stuff. Fill up your sink or a bucket with hot water, throw in a few hats, and a few tablespoons of the powder then let them soak overnight. The water gets absolutely disgusting but the dirt comes off. Rinse them off afterwards and they’re almost as good as new!

Hard to notice once things get started. I do notice that I lose track pretty easily of where we are in the lineup though. For some reason knowing that pitcher spot was coming up kept me paying closer attention.
