There is a difference between an enemy talking in Russian, which I don't mind and some team mate looking me straight in the eyes, telling me something I don't understand and then screaming into the mic after I appearently didn't do what he wanted me to do

Well... Pratchett already made a joke on it. If someone does not understand your language you just have to talk louder.
