Yeah its a great game, its unfortunate that it had to follow FF7, the most well known in the series and on many people's top all time lists.

Plus you could absolutely modernize the story. Look at the hippies at fisherman's horizon. Instead they could be the "woke" couple.

Instead of the GFs stealing memories from the main characters, they all have brain rot from too much tiktok.

So long as they keep the models faithful to the original design. I absolutely hate the new one where he’s got the deep v neck thing and the extra fluff around his pants and it feels like his hair is so wrong. It might just be me but that 90s render is so much better
