Really happy with this comfy thrifted outfit! 🧡 Especially love the ASICS Gel-Mai because I’m a sucker for orange and have been wanting to try ASICS for a while now.

I’m usually very picky when it comes to thrifting shoes because I worry about the glue deteriorating with age, but I couldn’t pass these up and decided to take a chance on them. Hopefully, they hold up well!

How do I cleanse my ukay haul?

Backstory: Nag uukay ako for more than 2 decades na, but tbh lapitin ako ng bad vibes - mabigat na feeling ganun. As in madalas ako ma-bati, mausog, kahit na nasa ibang bansa ako nafifeel kong may sumusunod sakin. So sinabihan ako ni partner na wag na ko mag ukay, bili na lang ako brand new clothes and sya magbabayad kasi baka daw may negative association yung 2nd hand clothes na nabibili ko.

It’s been working for more than a year na si partner nagbabayad ng bnew clothes, pero nakakamiss mag ukay HAHAHA yung thrill, yung excitement pag nakita mo yung peg na hinahanap mo haha. Kaya gusto ko sana bumalik sakin pag uukay.
