Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) (F18) What do i need to do to get closer to my perfect self? I have two months with nothing to do

I will be out of school for two months after the next 6 weeks. So I would love some help with figureing out what parts of my appearance I can work on improving and how. The first 4 images are of me today post pilates, the last 4 are drawings I have done of my desired appearance.
I currently do 3 pilates classes per day and eat very healthy (a spinach banana protein sgake for breakfast, a salad or soup for lunch, sadly I can't choose dinner, and a small plate of cheese on cracker and two squares of dark chocolate before bed). Im trying to reduce snaking to a minimum, with fruit and protein yogurt being my go toos. I also hope to take pole dancing classes while off school.
My skincare routine is quite long. At night I double clense, then use a blemish cream, then toner, then serum, then an overnight mask, and then moisturise. I also use an eyelash serum and a lip expholiant. For the morning  I cleanse, then blemish cream, and then use a sunscreen moisturiser. I also use a tinted lip balm.
I use a hair mask twice per week also with hair oil and a hair growth serum nightly.
I refuse to use makeup because I hate the texture, it feels like lying, and I think I'm bad at it. I also don't have lots of money to work with.
I will be getting a jaw surgery in the future which will move my jaw forward and then have my chin cut back. Other then that I prefer to stick to no cosmetic surgery.
I will come back to this post when the six weeks are up. I hope im able to get some help. I want to be the best I can be for university next year.

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [21] How do I approve the appearance of my cheeks?

(Apologies for the picture quality, my camera has a crack going across it) I don’t know what’s causing the heaviness in my lower cheeks, I have a feeling it’s genetic since it’s been like this for as long as I can remember. My cheekbones are practically nonexistent which I don’t really mind, but all the fat in my face seems to sit around the corners of my mouth and my jawline and I really dislike the way it looks. Open to makeup/massage or exercise techniques (unlikely to work I’m guessing)/surgery suggestions.

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) Need help with double chin [27]

Hey guys!! Generally I’m pretty confident/at peace with my natural features and I take pretty good care of my skin/hair, but this double chin thing is really starting to bug me. It makes every single candid (and even posed) photo of me look absolutely ridiculous to the point where I just don’t think I’m someone who looks good in 2D. I don’t know if it’s weight related since I feel like it’s there regardless of weight fluctuation, which I’ve had a lot of lately due to a knee injury and multiple medication changes.

Any help/advice you can give is greatly appreciated <3<3<3

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) Fat jaw please help [19]

How do i get rid of the ”fat” that sits on my jaw? I don’t like it and it makes my face shape look more square and makes me look more masculine in general. When i use my finger to get rid of it it looks so much better and I feel like I don’t have a really square face shape naturally so I hope there is something I can do…

Also I don’t drink alcohol , i exercise, I’m hydrated and I sleep well

Any advice to look more feminine in general?

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) Advice on my new hair color and how to enhance my features! [F27]

Post image
2 Upvotes

One of the biggest things I've struggled with is my hair.
I've been blonde for so long that I was scared to try something different, especially a brown or dark blonde. I was terrified of looking washed out or not feeling like myself anymore. I finally went to a salon for the first time in FOUR YEARS, got my haircut, and colored my hair! It was a big step for me because I struggle with anxiety and I'm proud of myself for doing it.

I'd love honest opinions on my new hair compared to my old blonde! Which suits me better? Does my new color complement my pale skin or did blonde look better? I'd appreciate honest but kind feedback!

I'm also trying to learn how to work with my features instead of constantly criticizing them. I want to figure out what brow shapes, makeup techniques, clothes, and skincare actually suit me rather than feeling like I need to change everything about myself.

I'm still struggling with my confidence and I know this is going to be a process but I'm trying to take it one step at a time instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything I want to improve.

For anyone who commented on my original post, thank you! I'd still love any advice, especially from people with pale or cool toned skin who have gone from blonde to brown or dark blonde or a drastic change. 🤎

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [22] Structural Improvements?

I keep being called ugly on the internet and I’m just so tired of it. I know a lot of attractiveness is based on stylistic choices and weight, both of which I am working to improve on, but I want to know what makes my face so ugly that this keeps happening every time I make a comment someone doesn’t like online. I just want an objective analysis of my facial features, what’s wrong with them, and then advice to help me improve my overall look beyond just weight loss. That includes potential surgery or other non-invasive treatment (the first few pics are the most recent; they’re from a camping trip where my face was slightly swollen from sleeping without a pillow).

Success Story [22] 18 Vs 22. What 4 years can do.

Thumbnail

At 18, I weighed 400 pounds. Now, at 22, I’m down to 217 pounds. Over the past four years, I’ve lost roughly 183 pounds, and I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come.
While my appearance has changed drastically, I’m still the same person. I’m still that nerdy comic book guy who loves video games, and I wouldn’t change that about myself.

Of course, I know there’s still room for improvement. I want to build more muscle, become more confident, and work on my social awkwardness. I tend to get tongue tied easily and sometimes stammer when I speak, but that’s something I’m actively working on.bI’m also experimenting with my hair and beard because I feel like I could improve my overall appearance even more.

I’ve come a long way, but I know my journey isn’t over. I’m always looking for ways to become the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. With that being said, I’d genuinely appreciate any suggestions on how I could improve my appearance, whether it’s my hairstyle, beard, fashion, or anything else. Constructive feedback is always welcome!

Face/Body Advice Please (Softmaxxing Only) [23] Asymmetrical face

Thumbnail

Hello, I have a very asymmetrical face! There may be other reasons for this, but I know the main one. About 10 years ago, I broke a molar on the left side of my mouth. It was painful to chew on that side, and my parents didn’t take me to the dentist, so I ended up chewing only on the right side for a long time.
This week, someone pointed it out to me and said that the left side of my jaw was slimmer than the right side, which really hurt my feelings. I’m very self-conscious about it. And whenever I take pictures of myself, I always pose with my left side facing the camera because i hate the right side of my face
Are there any exercises you would recommend? I’m trying to get into the habit of chewing on the left side now.
