Tbh i rate it 8/10. Taste similar to kfc, less sides probably cause it just opened. The honey biscuit was alright, but a little bit too sweet and i dont like the butter used for it.. i’ve tried better biscuits out there. Id go back cause i think its good change from kfc if ur bored of kfc. Oh also, free refills? Nice

My boyfriend and I are planning a jungle tour along the Kinabatangan River in Malaysian Borneo. How safe is the area in terms of armed attacks or kidnappings targeting tourists? I’m originally from Ukraine, so armed attacks are a particularly sensitive topic for me, and I’d really appreciate honest opinions from people who live there or have visited recently.

Hi! Has anyone tried going DIY from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) to St. Michael’s Church, Kampung Kambau, 89500 Penampang, Sabah, Malaysia?
I’m planning to visit on my own and would like to know the easiest and cheapest way to get there. Is there any practical public transportation from the airport to Penampang, or would Grab be the better option?
I’d appreciate details on the approximate fare, travel time, and whether any transfers are needed. Is the church easy to reach for a first-time visitor without renting a car or booking a private tour?
Thank you.

Hi Sabahans
During flood season, road updates mostly live in WhatsApp chats.
Someone posts a photo/video in ws, it gets forwarded and an hour later you still don't know which roads are actually passable. There's no place to get a full overview of the road conditions in Sabah
I built a map for that: https://www.sabahblackout.com
No login needed! Tap the spot you just drove through and mark:
flood or blocked road
whether a normal car can pass, only a 4x4, or nothing can get through
an optional note and photo
you can share a link of a report as well and the pin stays up for 12 hours
It is community driven, so it only works if a lot of people report what they see. Together, those pins give everyone an overview instead of another chat screenshot.
Give it a try when you have the chance and share it with others. I would love to hear what you think. There is a feedback page in the app and I am excited to build this with you

Hey guys, so basically I'm working as an intern right now (Day 1), and I was tasked with "looking for potential Chinese renovation companies that'd like to try their hands in Sabah". The place I'm working at is a wood factory that specializes in CNC, finger joint, and wood planks, so my boss is kinda interested in expanding into contracts/subcontracts. Any ideas? Weird question I know, but I'm also kinda curious on how this works, or where to look for companies like this. Thanks!

So recently, I have been using this app called "Bumpy". For those of you yang tidak pernah dengar pasal app tu, Bumpy is an international dating app that helps users find long-term relationships and cultural connections worldwide. But I'm using the app out of curiosity, just to find someone to chat with without any intention of serious dating, when suddenly, there was this girl who was two years younger than me trying to approach me (I can't mention her name due to her privacy). The profile shows that she is also Malaysian, so I assumed she was from Semenanjung. So, I accepted her chat request, and this is how our conversation turned out :
Girl: Hi
Me: Hi😁
Girl: Hai awak asal mane
Me: Asal Sabah. Awak pula?
Girl: Awak pandai cakap Melayu
Me: Haha mestilah
\Then the girl closed the chat**
Honestly speaking, I have nothing against her since I'm only using this app for fun, but I'm just shocked and somewhat disappointed about it. So, what do you guys think?
Hello fellow critters
I have been a long desa supporter but switched to ecoyap because desa has been off the shelves recently😔
Today i bought another ecoyap carton and realised that it went bad before the expiry date (label exp: 21/10/26)
Not to hate ecoyap but i wonder if desa beats ecoyap or vice versa?
