It starts in the middle of the West and East peaks in Stomebastian, we stop in the middle of Timbershire at first, then near the Garethos-Sparkstan border, then a third time in the middle of Sparkstan (and don't worry about the safety of our horses! They'll be safe from the violence in the Civil War!), afterwards we'll stop in the south of Marina to then have our final stretch to the New Hillwood Range in Ganalia!

The winner wins the Rust Ball, a legendary trophy with 7 million PPD inside!

Second place wins 4 million PPD and third place wins a million.

Despite the high concentration of well-equipped troops, including a new tank, brought by the Graethosian volunteers, the main part of the NAC Northern in the north failed to reconnect supply lines with the rest of the NAC forces, seemingly by getting distracted attempting to conquer the border with Graethos. This may have to do with the background of the reinforcements.

The NAC Northern Army has secured the western section of the Donovian border with Vultus. Combined with the advance of the NAC main forces, Vultus is essentially cut off from the rest of the country. As Consul Ayunga Nischotsetseg is conducting the war from northern Vultus, Illpoem is conducting the war from Donovia, and the only other Senator, Comrade Lassalle, is operating from Nadolur, this means that the Senate can no longer convene for the time being. This also means that Party chapters of the ISP and VP in the Vultus League are disconnected much like SRU chapters previously were due to the war. Additionally, the Theocrata and Nadolur League chapters are only in contact with each other.

The NAC Northern Army recaptured Theosophia, and conducted a massacre of the population. Refugees fleeing the city have reported mass hangings, forced incest and the complete demolition of the train station, the post office, and some newly constructed government buildings that were not destroyed the first time Theosophia fell to the NAC Northern Army. A 9500% increase in rape cases were reported for Theocrata League this month. Between the First and Second Battles of Theosophia, 75% of the prewar population of Theosophia is estimated to have fled or been killed in the city.

The RAG Eastern Army are showing signs of fatigue, with them losing control of territory in Nadolur and in Yekekharsi without active pushes from the Arrows of Sparak. The lack of supplies from outside appears to be having a negative effect on their morale, as Arrows high command have reported a 9% increase in the number of known defectors from the RAG to the NAC and a 60% increase in the number of defectors to us. Nadolur League is also showing signs of fatigue, with local supplies running dry, especially on the border with Metropolitan RPS, owing to the relative lack of local grassland. Another convent was destroyed, this time a popularist convent in northern Nadolur League by unruly Arrows contingents.

The Donovian insurgents, incensed by the ultimatum, have attacked the RAG and NAC invading armies. Calling themselves “Loyal Legions of Sylvester”, they burn churches and monasteries and ovoos alike, indiscriminately destroying sanctified objects of all faiths. They have conducted the war like vicious armoured brigands, with the exception of one group in the South aiming to sack and level the city of Bargas on the formerly Katholian border. The NAC grassland territories on the Donovian border with Vultus League have been observed to be on large,artificial and uncontrolled fire, and several churches in RAG-controlled northern Kardansk have been ransacked and levelled by the Sylvesterists.

Theocrata and Nadolur look vulnerable to fall in their entirety, and Nadolur is in increasing need of supply. The cultural and especially architectural heritage of Donovia, of southern Kardansk and of Vultus, appear to be at risk, alongside holy sites and sanctified objects. Victory remains a strong possibility, and we are encouraged by the waning morale of the RAG Eastern Army. It remains to be seen if they are able to regain supply soon enough to allow Nadolur to collapse entirely.

Just a few days into my return to Timbershire I already started to feel sick

1400 conservative supporters of the Green Duke of Donovia, attempting to get the Courts General to reinstate the right of his lineage to the Dukedom, arguing that his so-called “dereliction of duty” made him a better Duke and engendered him to the population, have risen up in opposition to the Republic. Is it really dereliction of duty if it resulted in a loyal and dogged defense of the Realm?

The King has recognised this and issued an ultimatum: if he wants his lineage’s inheritance to the Dukedom restored, he must rectify his errors and appoint his Counts to lead every single militium that has been raised in his name. This looks to be an ultimatum deliberately designed to massively weaken the Duke, or to massively undermine his legitimacy, as he currently has no Counts. The reaction from his loyalists is simple: do we want to enthrone him as Sylvester the First? The ultimatum rather than full on accepting the aid may have resulted in a succession crisis for the Gethakian throne.

Meanwhile, the main NAC Northern Army has reestablished supply through Graethos, though its connections further south means that the supplies have not fully been resolved. Recruitment and local connections have born fruit: 3200 Graethosians from former landlord families, pushed out by the Sky government’s land reforms, have volunteered and crossed the border into Sparkstan in favour of the NAC. Recruits for the RAG also amass on the Eastern border, however their lack of connection to southern Metropolitan Reparsia have yet prevented them from joining.

The reinforcements of the NAC and RAG armies look to be reducing, but not eliminating, our manpower advantage, which remains imposing. 8000 new volunteers puts our numbers at ~31000 troops.

Nadolur increasingly appears to be under threat of complete collapse. Northern Kardansk has been surrounded, the twin cities stand starving, and Vultus has been cut off. Yet, victory remains a possibility, and is only getting closer by the minute. Our spies indicate RAG discontent with the course of the war, and worsening rations across the board despite very low numbers of soldiers to feed, driving ever more desparate looting and pillaging.

The Donovian insurgency poses a strong threat as well. Some of the more mobile troops march across Kardansk and Donovia smashing holy shamanic mounds and historic churches. However, without NAC and RAG support, they are equipped even worse than we are, and seem like they are relatively easy to deal with, though of course we may be proven wrong.

The Arrows of Sparak continue to advance, although destruction and civilian harm does still occur. The nobles and royalists continue to ransack and enact massacres upon the commonfolk, and the nobles toy with civilians to satisfy the lust. The various Donovian militia ransack and burn.

Deep in my heart, despite all that is happening around us, I know this: no matter how destructive or horrifying things appear to be, Sparkstan will emerge out of this war alive into a brighter future. No matter how much the nobles want to crush us under their heel or the reactionaries want to eat us alive, if we just hold on, Sparkstan will emerge victorious and hopeful. The people still help each other, families stand as one, neighbours helping each other with their labour. Just hold on and hope, and I promise you hope will win us the victory.

The Free Nationalist Newspaper (FNN) by the movement Free Nationalist Party has been launched.

More and more people, from any party, not some exclusively left or right party, go into inactivity or leave the sub. Hellen left, Olivey left, I was banned, Cheez is inactive, Layla is active, but not really, more and more people from each party of UoR are gone inactive (I can list active people from our sub on two of my hand (in dc its better though)) and we kinda gone dead overall. We should really discuss somehow this problem, because we dont really gain any active people, but actually lose them.

I think that might be because we arent a very broad community with different views, like DoR was, but more of a loose one, with some indestructible shared values and also probably because we don't really do ads anywhere or smth like that.

I would say we spread the word about our sub through the friendship contacts or some form of ads somewhere, that will help us gain members of the Union.

Marina Times’ Sparkstan correspondent was able to get a sneak peak redacted view of the recent Consular report on the civil war.

The report notes in no uncertain terms the damage and suffering inflicted by the elevated levels of kidnapping and pillaging conducted by the reaction. This correspondent offers its sincere condolences for the family of those affected, as well as hope that the affected can one day be free.

In the Marchlands, the small town of Twoface continues to be under severe threat by the reactionary fiends. Despite continuous attempts and the victories of the local people, the aristocratic foe continues to choke the town.

Further south, the Royalist Action Group is pouring most of its resources into attempting to regain a connection with the still-capitalist portion of Metropolitan Reparsia, and gain more access to support from the local bourgeoisie. We at Marina Times have condemned and continue to condemn the interference of Sparkstan’s aristocratic menace in our home region.

In the north, the Noble Action Corps have suffered a major loss in Theocrata, when one of their contingents trying to march into the Marchlands, were soundly defeated and utterly routed by the local revolutionary infantry. Additionally, the main force of the northern foe, positioned further West, has nearly re-established a connection with Graethos and with the foe’s allies the disgruntled former landlords, and is threatening to receive a large infusion of reinforcements from Graethosian landlord volunteers. The Churchlands of the Holy Word have been fully liberated by the revolutionary Arrows of Sparak.

The report notes in quite solemn terms a travesty that took place on the Kardansk-Marchlands border, in the grazing domain of the Khariaii clan, marked on an attached map with a red dot. There, a papist monastery-nunnery complex dedicated to Ganalian King, the Holy Convent of Saint Janette I the Philanthroper, was thoroughly looted and raided by Arrows of Sparak units liberating the area from royalist control. The lives of many a monk and nun were taken, and the vows of many more monks and nuns still were forcefully broken. The convent itself was ransacked and although some soldiers did protect several priceless works of art and the convent’s library, many a work was stolen or destroyed, and much of the complex was reduced to ruin. The Consular report notes that the heroes who saved works from destruction or theft, as well as prevented from occurring the abuses that they could prevent, have been commended by the Consul. Additionally, the Consular report sincerely apologises to the affected and their families, and notes that the Arrows are looking into punishing the officers who abetted this heinous misdeed and the soldiers who encouraged such a misdeed to occur.

Last month, with their supply lines under severe risk, the nobles and royalists were able to capture Yekekharsi (or Gemma Concordationis), forming a contiguous path from Yekekhoürsün (or the Churchlands, Theophobala), so they convened the Courts General and Crowned a new Queen. We were courteous enough to avoid attacking the procession, even though the crowning is meaningless as there is no longer a legitimate Throne of Gethakia. Soon thereafter, the supply lines to both the NAC Northern Army and the RAG Eastern Army were cut.

There were four major developments of note since the coronation:

1. In the First Battle of Theosophia, Theosophia was liberated, and our brave Arrows of Sparak continue to push to liberate the rest of Yekekhoürsün.
2. (although omitted from the press release of the report, which was itself very highly redacted, the consular report notes the massacre that occured upon the liberation of Theosophia. Despite the attempts of some of our officers, especially SRU officers, to prevent the atrocities, the soldiers looted a lot, raped and massacred a lot of rich-looking residents, monks, nuns and priests. Additionally, major buildings in the city are heavily damaged. We do not know how much damage was suffered upon the fall of the city, how much was suffered during the nobles’ occupation, and how much was suffered in the liberation of Theosophia.)
3. The cavalry regiment they raised internally was reduced by our soldiers down to 133 troops, greatly reducing their reinforcements.
4. There was a large battle that took place around the border of Nadolur League and Kardansk League. Arrows of Sparak forces under Chelmeging Gabriel, supported and trained by Marinan officers, alongside a MSR unaffiliated Marinan volunteer corps, decisively defeated the local regiments of the RAG Eastern Army. We inflicted roughly 850 casualties on their 900 strong contingents, and this Battle to Defend Kardansk came only at cost to us of roughly 77 martyrs of the Revolution, leaving the remaining 120 soldiers to limp back to their controlled territories. We pay our respects to the relatives of the martyrs.
5. There was a large battle that took place near the twin cities of Naosantikristopolis and Petradantikristopolis, where local Arrow forces led by Delgring Batuederni decisively defeated a 120 strong force of the RAG Eastern Army. Despite suffering more casualties at 68, their losses of 43 casualties are sure to inflict a not insignificant impact on the RAG.

Despite continuing to supply themselves, having stepped up pillaging and kidnapping to replenish their losses, our Arrows are reporting that the new soldiers appear to be less well trained and fighting with poorer equipment. With the RAG and NAC invading armies frantically attempting to reconnect to their supply lines out of the Region, there increasingly appears to be hope to defeat the invaders.
