First attempt! Loco Moco with a mushroom, shallot, and oyster sauce gravy. Not very pretty, but it tasted great 😋

Thanks for the 6 minute boil tip. Even though I cracked all 3 on the way into the boil; they each peeled nicely and were jammy inside. The funny thing was I cook for an old man across the street, and when fella took dinner, he forgot to give him the soup!! So poor guy got cold, leftover, Greek pie, plus a plate of cabbage/cilantro/jammy egg…..prolly wondering: WHAT THE HECK IS THIS DINNER???

This was so good! I loved breaking the yolk and letting it coat everything in the bowl. Mmmm mmm mmm!

Got one idea. (Boil 6 minutes and into ice water). My problem is peeling them neat and clean. We have an egg cooker; but can’t seem to adjust properly for jammy. Thanks in advance.

I just love it when the avocado is just ripe and buttery to spread, you just have to make yourself one.
