What it is: Horizon sells prepaid travel data eSIMs for single countries, regions and worldwide, on the web and in iPhone and Android apps. You install the eSIM at home over Wi-Fi, and its validity does not start until it first connects to a supported network at your destination.

Why we built it: Balkan regional data looked overpriced, and it was hard to tell which countries a "Balkans" plan actually covered. So every plan page lists its countries and networks, and prices are shown before checkout.

I'm an international student who's in a dilemma. I have been awarded a fully funded scholarship to study "human rights, international criminal law and transitional justice at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo.

But my dream is to study in Germany, I have been accepted to study international organizations and crisis management which is a two years program at Friedrich Schiller university. İ have the money for a blocked account which is a non-interest loan . My headache is on which country to select as my master's destination.
