I have a usable, good condition wheel and tire that I need to get rid of.

Anyone got any suggestions for where to get rid of them? Recycling centre won't take them, I could scrap it but it seems a waste as they're both absolutely fine.

Earlier this year, my wife Suzie was diagnosed with breast cancer. After surgery and treatment, she is thankfully cancer-free today, but as anyone who has been through it knows, the physical and emotional recovery is an ongoing journey.

To celebrate how far she’s come, she decided to take on the Great South Run 10-miler this Sunday (October 18th).

Because she never does things by halves, she decided not to run it normally. Instead, she and three amazing friends are running all 10 miles physically attached to each other as a giant caterpillar! 🐛🏃‍♀️

They are doing this to raise vital funds for Breast Cancer Now to support life-changing research and give other families the support we were so grateful to have during her treatment.

With 3 days to go, training is done, and the costume is ready.

My name is Jasmine, a Masters Student of Visual Communication at The University of Portsmouth.

I am currently undergoing a research project around the Cascades Shopping Centre, the former Tricorn site and Portsmouth north in general.

The brief:

A fictional company is planning to build within the area of Portsmouth City North; on-top of the former Tricorn Site and north of Commercial Road.

As a Master's Student in Visual Communication, I have been tasked with finding the human truth, opportunities, gaps, fears and memories of the area and respond to that in a visual way.

It could be an intervention, something to include in the space, or communications as the works are happening.

For this to happen, I am looking for as much insight as I can, to begin to form a response.

There's a family who have one of those big VW vans that use the EV charging spot on our road as their personal parking spot. They plug the charging cable in so it looks like they're charging but they don't start the session. They do it every night and have done so for months.

I've reported it 5 times, about once a month, to the council but nothing has been done. They just tell me they'll take a look when they have someone available. What can I do?

Reasonably speaking I don’t think we can buy 10x Five Guys meals each.
