State Attorney drops resist charge due to no body cam footage. Got a call from SRGT overseeing their deputies in question and is defending his deputies saying internal review would favor his deputies. I told him to bring that up with state attorney as she finds no credible evidence to suggest victim resisted and force was not justified. Victim is physically assaulted by deputies. Questioning reason for traffic stop. Weapons were drawn prior to making contact. Victim now in ICE custody for any non citizen who is booked, even if charge is found NOLLE PROS.

Make sure to use better quality when you record so we can actually get work done around finding out who's involved... The police officer's name and badge number would be nice, regardless who is getting slammed or beaten, if the records exists we need to know about them. Police Violence is out of hand.

I've been thinking, some cops in stressful situation will shoot at suspect at a small sign of movement / non compliance.

If an armed suspect breaking into a stroke recovery center and managed to steal patient clothes and blend it, it will be a nightmare for the cops and everyone in the center.

Cops could be in a hallway and there is a stroke patient , the cops asked the patient to fall to put their hands up, but the patient is physically cannot do it. Then the patient finally to put his hands up but it will be sudden because he physically cannot control his movement. The cops open fire due to the sudden movement.

Or a cop barged into a room and was met with a bedridden patient, the cop give command to put the hands up and the patient didn't comply because he is physically uncapable, then he sneezes which startled the cops and the cops opened fire.

This will repeat in the center until the suspect is captured or confirmed no longer in the center.
