Was doomscrolling myself to sleep on FB Marketplace then this caught my immediate attention... Usapan kami agad ni seller, posted price niya is 4,2k tas over 25 weeks na niya ito pinost.

Sabi ko if may bawas pa, sabi nya magkano tawad ko? Sabi ko 3k? Pumayag agad w/o any question.

Few hours later, nasa akin na. Di kona need magheadphones while gaming kasi sumasakit ang tengga ko for extended periods.

I know may magsasabi dyan nagyellow na siya, someday i-retrobright ko ito, for now gusto ko muna gamitin... 🤩

Tas napabili narin ako ng vintage kb and mouse from Ebay from the US.

Almost complete na setup ko. Hard Drive tas another biege kb, then matching 480p webcam and wired Logitech controller, set nako!

Still working progress parin sa installan ng games kasi sobrang dami.

This is a perfect match for my CRT monitor since shielded speakers ito.

Just went window shopping on Amazon and noticed that NVMEs and SATA SSDs are now going down on prices. You can get a 2TB for less than 250 bucks.

I have bought all of my HDD and SSDs from Amazon and never had problems with them.

EDIT: I see a lot of people still comparing pre-AI boom prices. I get it. Except you ain't buying them at those prices anytime soon. This post is a headsup for people who NEED to buy one right now.

The main purpose of my build is for gaming like fps games and story driven open world games.

For my options:

GTX 1660 Ti 6GB = P12,999.00

GTX 1660 super 6GB = P13,499.00

I'm also thinking about getting

RX 7600 8GB = P17,999.00

RTX 3050 6GB = P15 850.00

But honestly I don't think they are worth their price.

Note: this is what is currently available in the local computer shop near me and has a safe warranty when I buy.

Help, sulit na po ba ito sa ganitong price? I want a monitor that will last me hopefully 3-5 years. Will use it mainly for work.

Need help-

Yung laptop ko po kasi before is nag-BSOD na and nagrerestart siya once na parang nagooverheat- then hindi na siya magpoproceed napupunta ako sa BIOS tapos hindi na niya nariread yung SSD.

Napa deep cleaning ko na yun and palit thermal paste this year and sinabi ko yung issue sabi sakin pabigay na raw yung SSD ko. Pwede ko raw antayin na bumigay or palitan ko na.

Then dumating sa point na kahit simpleng browsing lang or netflix or ioopen ko lang yung camera ng laptop naghahang na siya. May mga port na rin na di gumagana then I decided na hindi ko na gamitin.

Ngayon, nadrain na yung battery niya and hindi ko na sure kung ano ang issue. Kasi tinatry ko icharge for couple of hours pero hindi na kasi umiilaw.

Gusto ko sana ipatingin and ipagawa kasi kung SSD lang naman, pwede ko naman papalitan.

But ang concern ko, pwede bang ipatingin and icheck nila if SSD issue lang na hindi muna ako irerequire bumili ng bagong SSD? Just to make sure na once pinalitan ko na yung SSD, gagana pa rin yung laptop ko?

Please help. And if may kakilala po kayo or trusted repair center dyan around Valenzuela po yung location.

And if hindi na talaga magagawa, may bumibili po ba ng laptop parts? Kasi super okay pa yung LCD niya and I think other parts din.

Hello, I am really new to building my own CPU. I decided to just build after my supposed to be lasting gaming laptop kept on crashing and can no longer run ANY games. I've spent way too much time and money already on fixing it but its the end of the line for that laptop (I also heard on some reviews that apparently it's one of the worst because its gpu is problematic).

I was thinking of buying a pre-built CPU in a certain shop but I heard that some of their pre-builts are over priced and not worth buying. I was recommended to just build my own but I have no idea where to buy components nor what to build.

I was looking and aiming to have a decent yet powerful enough to run some high demanding games (such as MH: Wilds), can run AutoCAD, and for it to be good for multi-tasking.

I hope I receive some help because I am new and honestly planning to have it as an advance birthday and christmas gift for myself.

Hello! Patulong po sa pag reco kung anong iem ang bibilhin. Nag hheadphones ako ngayon kaso parang sumasakit ung likod sa tenga ko dahil sa headphones na didiin sa stem ng glasses. Pa recommend sana ng iem na sakto sa maliit na ear canal😂.

Hello po. Sobrang tagal ko nang naghahanap ng decent na 2nd-hand PC, pero hindi ko talaga gets bakit ang daming nagbu-build ng sobrang questionable na units tapos sobrang taas pa ng asking price.

Kung hindi ASRock motherboard paired with a Ryzen 9000X processor, Intel i9-13900 naman. Kung hindi yun, generic/no-name PSU na halos sakto lang sa recommended wattage. Tapos minsan sobrang bad ng RAM, like CL46, super cheap budget motherboard, or minsan yung GPU naman sobrang underwhelming compared sa presyo ng buong unit.
My budget is well within ₱200,000, pero kahit ganun nahihirapan pa rin akong makahanap ng build na genuinely good and hindi parang sayang sa pera.

May recommendations ba kayo kung saan or anong builds ang worth looking at? Sobrang frustrating lang kasi I can literally go to DataBlitz and build something like a 9950X3D, X870E Hero, RTX 5070 Ti, and 32GB CL30 DDR5 RAM for around ₱250,000, all brand-new parts. So ang hirap i-justify ng ibang second-hand asking prices na sobrang lapit na sa brand-new high-end build.
