I've seen this clip recently and it obviously reminds me of the 2006-2007 "tecktonik" era in Europe, but otherwise what is the reference regarding this guy in particular ?

I had never seen it. But again, in my country there was a time when thousnads of similar videos were circulating, I don't really see this one as special haha
