Ally Pally Not Released Due To Ben’s Voice???

Word on the street (Reddit) (bad source) is that they had a professional film crew in there. I was always assuming they’d release the boards from their biggest show ever at ally pally.

Now I’ve seen all the Alex wheetie or whatever’s YouTube videos from the show and they’re awesome. Sure, Ben’s Boise goes during the end of the set but the boys are laying it down.

I get trying to appeal to new audiences but the lads don’t give a fuck if Ben sounds like his voice is coming from his nostrils, larynx, kidney, or ass. That’s pure grit and it’s a show we need but I understand if they don’t wanna it.

Will they release it/were they planning on it?

Thoughts on Candour from the album Wishful Thinking?

I just wanted to touch on my feelings about this song a little bit and hear other people's perspectives on it since I absolutely love this song and the way it makes me feel.

I almost never hear people bring this one up because its from an older album and it is a much sadder softer song, but this one hits me really hard, when I remember my past relationship with my father and the way I used to see him and look up to him. Things have changed a lot since then and I have no real emotional connection with him any more, he has changed so much over the last 15 years that I dont even see him as the same person he was. I have an odd relationship with him and when I put this song on, I remember those feelings I had when I was a kid and how the lyrics reflect what we once had. I cannot put this song on without crying and it is just a perfect reminder that I am a part of him despite me not wanting that to be true. I really hope someone can relate to me on these feelings because that song does not get enough attention and its always a good thing to know that I'm not alone.

omg i am going to LOSE MY MIND.

that song means so so so much to me.

but back when they still had merch of it i was just a teenage kid with no money and my parents never bought me the tshirt (thats no accusation, it just never happened, fair enough. im no unthankful brat😭)

but for WEEKS now ive been searching for the kiss me granite merch and I CANT FIND IT ANYMORE.

has anyone seen the grey tshirt with the “oh kiss me i forget how it feels” lyrics and the two kissing skeletons on it?!

please, i know it existed.

at this point i just want to see it and get the acknowledgment that it used to be freaking real.

Sonderland Rules + It’s Still Super Relevant

Post image

Sonderland has aged super well and has never been more relevant to how shit is rn. ADAI as a whole aged super well and has remained relevant but Sonderland in particular has never felt more in tune with how it is in this wild world. Plus it’s a banger. Hope they bring it back into the set next time they tour. 🙏🤘

Studio Soon

Ben Barlow revealed today via his Instagram stories that they will be heading to the studio soon. I am so stoked that they will be working with GRAMMY WINNING producer, Will Yip, who has produced some of the best albums of the last decade. This album is going to be *everything* and I can’t wait to hear it. One of my favorite things about this band is that every era has its own different sound/vibe… they could never bore me!

What do you think they have in store for us with ND 6?
