I altered my Mulberry denim jacket!

The puffed shoulders were so exaggerated that I felt like an American football player! They were way too much for my taste, so I folded the excess fabric underneath the shoulders and hand-stitched it in place. I didn't cut any fabric.

The stitching on the inside isn't the neatest, but hey, it works! The outside looks completely untouched.

In the first photo, the right shoulder is before the alteration, and the left shoulder is after.

What do you think of the result?

Have a gallon freezer bag that's steadily getting filled up. Even with the birds helping themselves to whatever they want.

My neighbors tree, I want one like it or maybe similar if anyone can lead me in the right direction. She bought it from home depot about 10 years ago, doesn’t fully remember the name but thought maybe it was an asian name. Berrys are dark and it produces almost all season long , maybe 20ft tall?

I bought a CM60 plant last year and now I am propagating it. there aren't much fruits on it. that's why it is difficult to identify from fruits. I hope it is. I am planning to share the cuttings and plants with almost everyone i know.

So rainy season just ended and I bought this mulberry plant just before the rainy season and it was about 24cm tall

Now it’s almost 5 feet tall and the 2 long branches have huge leaves( some of them are bigger than my palm) when I bought it it had 3 buds but the buds got wet in the rain, turned black brown and fell off :(. I was wondering if I need to prune it to induce flowering and fruiting but I really don’t know what to do it seems to just get leafier and leafier so ik im doing something wrong but I don’t know what I should do . I attempted to get the whole plant in one pic in the last one. Can anyone give me tips on how to induce flowering? But idk if it’s even in season rn. And can someone advice how I should fertilize it?

Mulberry tree was small and against the house, so I moved it to the front of the house. It has exploded in growth in the last few months. Should I prune it to control the growth.

Has anyone else experienced buying a “red mulberry” on ebay only for it to be a white mulberry? Once it started growing, the hairs on the face of the leaf disappeared and the lobes turned round. I messaged, reported, and left a bad review of the seller and they refunded me without saying anything. I felt bad destroying it but there are currently very little, if any, mulberry trees in my county and I certainly don’t want it to be populated with white mulberry as opposed to the native Morus Rubra.

I'm pretty happy with how this turned out, considering my German shepherd ate the one I made last night.

Filling is wild mulberries, sugar, corn starch, and lemon juice. Pre-made pie crust by the Mennonite girl down the street. And the topping is a vanilla-almond granola with an egg wash provided by my chickens.

Dwarf everbearing mulberry tree growing in zone 9b, Florida in loamy soil with 30% shade cloth. This tree keeps on growing and is almost 5 feet at its tallest growth. Would you recommend pruning or let it grow? I’ve read pruning down will help it grow in more robust but I want to make sure pruning, especially going into summer, won’t be a problem.

If we do prune, any advice on how to? A certain angle or how far down? Signs to look for? Thanks!

Came in a fig tree box, but the fig sub is telling me it's not even a fig tree. Someone said it could be a mulberry tree. If it's not a fruit-bearing tree, I'm going to rip it out.

Growing in zone 9B, Florida. Currently under 30% shade cloth. Plant ID says leaves are yellowing due to being too tall too fast, and needs to be pruned down some. It’s about four feet tall. How far down would you prune? Any certain branches that need to go? Any like tips/best practices?

I just moved onto this property and inherited the care of this established tree. I have no experience with Mulberries, but I am interested in harvesting a share of the berries. They are getting progressively more purple but the ground is already covered with light purple/whiteish berries. I tried a more purple one and it was very light in flavor and floral. Are they already ready, or do they need to darken more?

Any tips for caring for this tree would be appreciated as well.

Hi! I purchased this young mulberry tree about a month ago. It looked healthy and I repotted it. I used Sta Green flower and vegetable garden soil and have been watering it every few days when the top 2 inches feel dry. It’s on an east facing balcony where it gets about 4 or 5 hours of full sun right now.

I’m concerned about my plant as it’s dropping leaves and yellowing. Some of the leaves have brown around the edges. I don’t think it’s seasonal because it’s not the whole plant yellowing and I live in central Florida where temperatures are mild. Could it be overwatering, under watering or something else? Maybe the soil I used is wrong?

Was gifted this mulberry start, but unsure what type of Mulberry tree it is. I think its a red mulberry but wanted to be sure.

Some of my berries are forming weird. The bottom portion of the berry seems to separate and ripen separately.
