I have a ton of poison jewelery and it is not suitable for powder. maybe some of those hidden container festival earrings but you'll still want to bag it up

or a bullet necklace

I mean, if it's intended for poison I would sure as fuck hope so. I know they can come in other forms, but Im pretty sure powder is most common. Definitely a fun way to carry a few lines with you that would be super unlikely to ever be noticed. Although id definitely be testing it out rigorously with something much less expensive first.
