Im also thinking maybe it would be harder for me to forget to take my Ritalin if its attached to my body.

I think it would be easier to forget it. You'll get used to the ring and stop noticing it after a while.

I have 3 reminders set each day to tell me to take meds, it's the only way I can keep up with it all

I would still somehow forget to take my Vyvanse. It could be taped to my forehead and I'd still forget.

Thankfully it's only once a day though. I have it next to my pillow on my bed so it's literally there when I wake up with my water bottle

do a pill bottle keychain, and attach it to your keys/wallet/ whatever you dont leave the house without. i had a necklace, and i forgot the necklace regularly. haven't forgot my wallet in years!

Jokes on you I had my Vyvanse in a bottle in front of my face, thought, "oh I should take that" and I still forgot to take it
