There never was anything going on with Nebraska. This is how the panhandle should have been broken up originally

18

u/homelesshyundai Apr 20 '26

I once drove through Nebraska going north to south and have 0 memory of it. I'd say it was the booze but I sure as fuck remember getting arrested in Kansas.

1

u/Jmr18_2005 Apr 22 '26

i'm not gonna ask tbh

11

u/teal_leak Apr 20 '26

They enacted the 50 state solution

7

u/Quick_Extension_3115 Apr 20 '26

They lost a war to Missouri, apparently. Now we have Omaha like we rightfully deserve!

6

u/M1sfit_Jammer Apr 20 '26

Trade Request: I give you Omaha… you also get Council Bluffs and Carter Lake

4

u/Balmung60 Apr 20 '26

4

u/AJohnson1337 Apr 20 '26

3

u/Frosty_Mongoose9055 Apr 20 '26

What's a Nebraska?

2

u/Most-Firefighter3009 Apr 21 '26

2

u/GravelGrasp Apr 21 '26

They... they killed him! They're smeared all over the dadgum map!

1

u/Danster21 Apr 20 '26

It was left outside in prime erosive conditions

1

u/thatguypara Apr 22 '26

Non-Euclidian landscaping project.

4

u/TheKingOcelot Apr 21 '26

Yeah Nevada is getting really screwed by Alaska and Hawaii

147

u/Vainysaur Apr 20 '26

All those extra borders with Mexico would reduce illegal immigration.

39

u/Temporary-Body-378 Apr 20 '26

Alaska and Hawaii are now part of Mexico, or something.

3

u/Dunotuansr Apr 22 '26

yeah yeah the immigrants will be confused where to go. Problem solved!

86

u/RileyKohaku Apr 20 '26

DC was the biggest winner from this

39

u/MitsuhaTakiName Apr 20 '26

I think it’s Rhode Island. Them getting NYC and Long Island is a huge win.

3

u/Then_Impact_5870 Apr 21 '26

Florida did Croatia the entire Gulf tho, that’s an even bigger W. Didn’t really lose much other than like maybe Jacksonville but picked up New Orleans and Houston plus would have total monopoly over all fishing and I think even offshore oil in the Gulf, as well as be able to tax any shipping coming in from the Caribbean.

52

u/mahir_r Apr 20 '26

That Florida coastline ❤️

51

u/Overall_Reputation83 Apr 20 '26

I hope someone spent a lot of time on this.

14

u/krshit Apr 20 '26

I like how Cleveland is in over 10 different states

6

u/alwaysfeelingtragic Apr 20 '26

as it should be

8

u/Mircowaved-Duck Apr 20 '26

alaska would gain the most out of this

6

u/macrolith Apr 20 '26

Proportional to land area I think Hawaii is the winner

1

u/Waffle-Gaming Apr 21 '26

probably DC or RI

6

u/neloish Apr 20 '26

If Oklahoma's panhandle got longer each time the governor lies it would reach Hawaii by now.

6

u/Key-Performance-9021 Apr 20 '26

Looks like it was drawn with Etch a Sketch.

6

u/SquashDue502 Apr 20 '26

As if driving from Colorado to Kansas wasn’t bad enough, now you gotta pass 35 “WELCOME TO ____” signs in rapid succession

6

u/Major_Shlongage Apr 20 '26 edited May 08 '26

I used Redact to automate removals from databrokers and social networks. This post was among the batch deleted.

6

u/alwaysfeelingtragic Apr 20 '26

5

u/Outside_Shopping2244 Apr 20 '26

Looks like a Texas election district map!

7

u/ReverendBread2 Apr 20 '26

Virginia gets what they deserve

4

u/admwhiskers Apr 20 '26

Instead of routing all of those corners through Michigan, they should be routed through Ohio so we can wipe that den of filth from the map

4

u/pinniped90 Apr 20 '26

The Alaska and Hawaii additions had me literally lol in the office. Now my coworkers think I'm mental.

(Not that they're wrong....)

3

u/GeneralGrug Apr 20 '26

insane Chicagoland split

4

u/Puffy-Cat-194 Apr 20 '26

Great gerrymandering.

5

u/CleanSnchz Apr 20 '26

Why did New Hampshire go over Vermont rather than under, along with Maine

3

u/alwaysfeelingtragic Apr 20 '26

just to piss off NY

3

u/sonarmaty Apr 20 '26

3

u/DrBloodyboi Apr 20 '26

3

u/trollblox_ Apr 20 '26

omg this is the most cursed map in existence

3

u/Morgus_TM Apr 20 '26

The four corners monument is not even at the four corners. It's hilarious they built it in the wrong spot.

2

u/ariolander Apr 20 '26

Giving Florida most of that Mexican border is diabolical.

2

u/DraagaxGaming Apr 20 '26

Then it wouldn't be the four corners

2

u/macrolith Apr 20 '26

Minnesoata is gonna need a new state slogan.

2

u/Superdeduper82 Apr 20 '26

You guessed it. They’re stupid is why

2

u/psychophysicist Apr 20 '26

Giving 15% of Texas to South Carolina is only right and proper given the inherent superiority of their BBQ

2

u/ihadagoodone Apr 20 '26

It looks like at one point it's close enough to take just one step from Oklahoma into Kansas.

2

u/RubiksCutiePatootie Apr 20 '26

Pennsylvania got fucking devoured, jesus christ.

2

u/Jim_J1m Apr 20 '26

I guess PA is really just Pittsburgh now

2

u/Funneduck102 Apr 20 '26

What kind of fucking asshole let's Delaware take over half of PA?

2

u/SimilarDouble6313 Apr 21 '26

What if more people want to have sex at the new four corners?

2

u/very_loud_icecream Apr 21 '26

How tf do you people make this shit

2

u/BertMacklenF8I Apr 21 '26

There’s 100s of Nebraskas stacked on each other.

This is why

2

u/iPoopLegos Apr 21 '26

huge win for Delaware (we get eastern Pennsylvania), huge loss for Rhode Island (they get North Jersey), excellent proposal overall

1

u/chriske22 Apr 20 '26

I really love this

1

u/IonTheBall2 Apr 20 '26

48 corners or bust!

1

u/MennionSaysSo Apr 20 '26

Alaska has to come down from the North. Everything else seems legit

1

u/ExtraCheezyBagel Apr 20 '26

Chicago, Ohio

1

u/BigDigDaddy Apr 20 '26

Maryland is a little too leaky here for my liking

1

u/Magentaspikes Apr 21 '26

Alaska and hawaii fucking destroyed me

1

u/Most-Firefighter3009 Apr 21 '26

I didn’t sign up to have the boundary waters stolen 😢

1

u/-slaps-username- Apr 21 '26

woahhhh hold it right there. why did you give ohio lake michigan coastline. send them along the ohio river as they should be.

1

u/douchewithaguitar Apr 21 '26

I, for one, embrace any solution that results in 25% less Utah.

1

u/PhycoPenguin Apr 21 '26

This would mean Gary is in Ohio now, and that’s fitting

1

u/TheJuggernaut043 Apr 21 '26

The 44 corners?

1

u/The_Affle_House Apr 22 '26

Is the entire South now just an enclave within West Virginia?

1

u/psychonautvoyager Apr 22 '26

Show fewer posts like this. Also mute.

1

u/nspacia If you see me post, find shelter immediately Apr 22 '26
