What if Rentaro has the babies instead of his girlfriends having babies so his girlfriends don't need to go through the pain of childbirth??? (notice how I said they don't NEED to, but they can still do so if they want i guess)

Childbirth is quite a burden to the body! It stretches out the vagina and causes the body's physical appearance to change drastically! Some girlfriends might not want their bodies to change in such a drastic way, including Mimimi, who focuses on beauty a lot! Although, she might also talk about the act of having children being beautiful or something... but the change in physical appearance can't be denied! plus giving birth has other side effects including post-partum depression and type 2 diabetes! Not to mention that c-sections may be needed and those can lead to a lot of pain, a lot of bleeding, a lot of recovery time, and scarring as well! C-sections can lead to a lot of lifelong complications as well.. Birth is also a hard and excruciating process and can lead to trauma because of how excruciating the pain of birth was, as well as the risk of dying from birth. Rentaro, being the good and perfect boyfriend he is, wouldn't want his girlfriends to go through all of that, just for some babies!! (even if Iku wants to feel the pain of childbirth!!)

Considering all of that, Rentaro would be taking that burden instead of his girlfriends if he had their babies instead of them having his babies! Wouldn't that be better for the overall health and the safety of his girlfriends? Wouldn't that help his girlfriends have babies at no risk to them?

Rentaro, being able to defy logic as the love monster he is, may be able to have 100 babies at once even if the most someone's had babies at once is 10 or something. since Rentaro can heal himself due to love, he can probably handle giving birth 100 times at once, even if he faces extreme pain, because he's having babies for the girlfriends he loves. He's managed to regenerate his own heart, turn into Shin Godzilla, go Super Saiyan, twist his neck around 360 degrees... so if he can do that, he can probably handle giving birth to 100 babies at once if it's for the girlfriends that he loves so much.

I mean.. Kusuri can create different drugs to change the body, and Rentaro can defy logic, sooo.... it's a possibility!

Alternatively, Rentaro could learn gynecology and anesthesiology so he can make giving birth as painless as possible for his girlfriends.
