…. where are her lips???

Ok I know it’s super hard to recreate in Lego but the blank face just takes the emotion away.

What a piece of junk!

Douglas™ DC-3™ PAN AM® Airliner $219.99 Coming Soon on April 4, 2026 https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/douglas-dc-3-pan-am-airliner-11378

As a Belgian growing up with tintin commics (or as we say in dutch, Kuifje), this is such a pretty set! Going to look forward to building it!

Today I saw the new Pikachu set in a LEGO store for the first time, and honestly… I’m kind of disappointed. I never thought I’d say this, but it actually looks worse than the Megabloks version.

The lightning bolt / tail-shaped base is a cool idea, I’ll give it that. But the face, especially the nose, just doesn’t look good to me. It feels off and breaks the overall look.

Maybe in the future someone will come up with a better alternate build or MOC that fixes these issues. Until then, I don’t think I’ll be buying it.

The 276-piece 40899 Astro Bot set will be a gift-with-purchase, available starting on October 1st. Full details are not yet confirmed, but it is rumored to be given away free with any purchases exceeding US$150 / AU$245 / £135 / €150

Lego fans don't have to purchase the PlayStation (US$179.99) to obtain this GWP as previous rumor suggested. 🤩

DIMENSIONS – This 276-piece model stands, with arms out, over 8 in. (20 cm) high, 4.5 in. (12 cm) wide and 2.5 in. (7 cm) deep, including the stand

So instead of giving me a green door, they give us a gray door to turn it into a green one with a sticker, and the sticker isn't even closely big enough?

This is a 270 USD / 250 € set. And this is the quality we get. I have no words for how this make me feel...

Edit: Since some people claim this would be a fake KO set, even while the release was only 2 days ago and there surely ain't any KO-sets on the market yet (and they certainly wouldn't have arrived just yet), I postet more pictures in the thread with the package, the handbooks, paperbags, sticker sheets and other bricks to confirm it's the original set by LEGO. I also assure you I bought it directly from LEGO.com and it came in the original package and all with all the bricks packed in the LEGO paperbags. There is no reason to believe this isn't real LEGO. Yes, you can't really read "LEGO" on the round 1x1, but that's probably because of the “filling point,” which is right at the top in the middle where the machines in the factory pierces the surface of the stud to fill them up or whatever. In the right light, you can still see the L and the O on the edges just barely.

Releasing September 1st.

Displaying these sets is one of the biggest challenges!

These are hilarious...No one needs these but I'm so glad I own them. They are SO heavy, each one weighs well over 5 lbs. I cannot believe how funny these are
