The only aspect in which I would consider them Demons is their inhumane nature that kills people without remorse other than that, they are straight Vampires.

They have fangs, can't go into the sun and become demons by a transferring of blood which is one of the most common ways someone can be turned into a Vampire.

How would you feel if they were referred to as Vampires instead? Vampire Slayer? It doesn't sound too bad.

But for the hell of it for the meme it was a fog machine

Spoilers as stated so consider yourselves warned

Ok so in episode 1
giyu fights off tanjiro who is fighting to save his sister
and gets close to a killing blow on giyu

And giyu is one who survives after muzan is defeated

Same with Sanemi Who he fights not once but twice

Sanemi somewhat survives after muzan is killed

And also kind of with tengen But he kind of avoids the headbutt unlike sanemi

Also a few non hashira like Kanao, inosuke have fought tanjiro and survived after muzan

I would say Zenitsu but thats grey area in my eyes as tanjiro kind of just dominated over him in terms of will and drive to move forward

Now genya is the expection of this rule mainly due to the fact that when he died he was halfway a demon as eating they flesh and such, ( ironically due to being cut in half in the end)

But in the Demon slayer universe, if you want to survive as a human, best bet is to pick a fight with tanjiro

For me the entirety of the entertainment arc is where the series hits its peak. I'm sure the next movie will blow the tengen fight out of the water but I still prefer this arc for everything it has. The pacing is great, the animation and story are awesome, I love gyutaro and daki, they're my second and third favorite demons after akaza, and my 7th and 8th favorite characters period. It doesn't go downhill from this arc, but it certainly doesn't top it for me.

Edit: I forget that most reddit Anime enjoyers aren’t regular people

Muzan seems like the type of guy that would just kill someone who he thought was of no use to him anymore. Kyogai got off easy, only being stripped of his rank.

I'm pretty proud of Rui and the Spider Mother but Obanai and demon Giyu didn't come out as well as I had hoped 😭

I didn't know I could draw faces at the angle Giyu is looking though, I'm gonna try to improve that angle more now! :D

I absolutely think that Tanjiros dad dogwalks the entire cast minus muzan(if he was a demon slayer). He has selfless state, see through world and has been dancing the hinokami kagura for years from dusk til dawn. What im wondering is what kind of life did he live to unlock all these powers though ? Why does a coal burner need the see throigh world?

Couldn't Muzan have asked Nakime to look for all the Low-Tier to High-Tier Demon Slayers and bring them to Infinity Castle one-by-one and eat them?

Shinobu part is already done and now making zenitsu which is lot harder 😭😭

I cant be the only one that found this fight boring, poison wow, via an impossible mechanism that makes no sense whatsoever

Issue 1, she cant have 37kg of poison in her if she is 37kg
Issue 2, his body reacted instantly to the other poison exposures yet for this one he didnt notice till he ate her all? really?
Issue 3, you would think a poison u KNEW ABOUT would kill u but ig not
Issue 4, they already used poison on muzan so using it again is just lazy writing
Issue 5, despite the poison he was toying around, he couldve 1 tapped inosuke and kanoe but ig not he had to wait
Issue 6, inosuke shouldve been dead against upper 6 so idek why he was in this fight twin

bad writing man bad writing

They used flashback diff twice
they used poison diff twice
they used we decided to not kill the person diff THRICE, 3 TIMES

akaza and koko got flashback diffed
muzan and doma got poison diffed
The other 3 got diffed for no reason, just chose to lose ig

A: a slice of life speacial about the next generation

or B: a movie about the kamaboko squads life after muzans defeat with some sparring (maybe a tournament for fun type thing) and us getting to see the death of giyu and sanemi and maybe the squads kids?

He is 流/Nagare. He have never been Tanjiro.

At first, Koyoharu wanted to draw story about Nagare.

But editor thought Nagare is too dark character as manga for children.

So editor said “Do you have more normal and friendly characters in the world?” to Koyoharu

Koyoharu answered “Yeah, I have Tanjiro”

Anyway Nagare is not Tanjiro

Both scenes convey the message that "Even if you lose someone you love, you must move on."

Hello! I'm obsessed with Akaza and was wondering if y'all have any fanfic or comic recs with him in it? Specifically renkaza but any work :)

I’ll go first: kind-hearted lonely man seeks companionship in a like-minded coworker, gets violently punched in face instead (heartbreaking)

Not the greatest with color and some lines are pretty shit, but im pretty happy with these.

Could use some advice on additions to the Tengen painting if anyone has a suggestion!
