Weird question and kind of parasocial if I'm being honest but what has he been up to? Like, is he just working on Kekkai Sensen or does he have other works in progress? Does he have some side job as a car salesman? I'm in class, and this question has been plaguing me all period

Feel free to use, I think she would listen to Deftones

Seems like I’m downvote maxxing but I’m being dead serious (my crush on him is ruining my life)

I really enjoyed the first season, I will say it's kinda confusing but I in a bit of a good way I think? Big fan of the Leo basically being a "camera" and not being super powerful think it's a cool way to tell the story. Really liked the black/white dynamic and all the different powers that each character has, I will say that I don't like how none of the side characters are really fleshed out in terms of anything just kinda there that would be my main complaint, like the bandage butler looking guy and the vanishing girl (I forget their names) for example. The designs of the characters are really cool (big fan of Klaus and Zed). The animation was really good even though this isn't a major fighting anime the fight scenes look spectacular especially that last episode even though it was for maybe 30 seconds the Klaus vs King of Despair fight looked very well done. The music was also amazing loved the jazz theme that almost every song had. Also noticing that the last episode when Leo was giving that speech to William that it was done on the same rock that Leo was in during the opening was a little "callback" I liked.

Overall I really enjoyed it, I do plan on reading the manga after getting done season 2 since I looked it up that there is a whole third part that's still ongoing so I'll get to that eventually.

Just started the anime and watching episode 1, and noticed how familiar the animation looks to stuff like jjk, (Zap dashing with the sword like Maki punching Naoya) ( Leo running from the monster and it reconstructing behind him, idk if it reminds of Sukana vs Mahoraga or what)

But was wondering if there's any staff that are the same on both shows or if some common reference different animes, I'm not to well versed in different directors techniques or anything.

I’ve been trying to read the manga and the dark horse translations are egregiously bad but I can’t find any complete fan translations either

Are there complete better fan translations

Do the dark horse translations suddenly become better

Or is it just kinda impossible to read this manga in English with any form of quality

It's been two years since I've watched the anime and I always wondered if the OP and ED are more known than the anime, espically the ED which got parodied a lot to the point where it got the attention of people who haven't seen the anime or don't know where it's from. Is it true the anime is an underrated hit or was it huge when it came out? I'm not very in touch with trendy stuff and then again, I wasn't there when this show had it's hype.

I have just finished Blood Blockade Battlefront, and I just really liked the vibe of it. The relationships of the characters, dynamics, story and It was just familiar to me and I enjoyed that a lot. (and the fact there was barely to NO fan service.) I also liked that In the animeThere was no major character death. which I wouldnt mind if there was. but prefer no character death.

I don't watch that much anime, but I would like more anime or show recommendations that gives a similar vibe, with the characters and the environment, or like you watched it and was like "wow, this reminds me of Blood Blockade Battlefront."

I like posting here hehe

Chain, klaus, curious (less proud of that one). And also some zed fanart as a thank you towards all of you regarding my recent post here.

This is really embarrassing to admit but I (22F) have to admit it somewhere. I watched this anime at 16 or so and it quickly became one of my favourites. I just love this show and manga so much. But most concerning is that I have had a massive crush on zed o’brien ever since. It started small but grew stronger and stronger everyday into the cosmic horror of passion that it is now. I hoped I would grow over it at some point but nope. In fact it’s worse than ever. For starters it’s embarrassing to admit to other people that my fictional husband is a merman from a seemingly forgotten show. So I have kept it a secret. Mostly how severe it is. My brain is basically convinced that I am married to this man and will not settle for anyone. I want to have a relationship but if it’s not him I’m just not interested. Only recently I started drawing him, before this I was too embarrassed. But it gets worse: You see I have developed a drug addiction for him. Yes I know how it sounds. But basically I like to daydream about all sorts of things with him involved. Mostly writing a self-insert into the show and becoming his love interest bla bla bla. With my medication I have gotten for my adhd (methylphenidate), the storylines and plots just start flowing. I basically am watching a tv show in my own head, it all becomes very clear. I started taking more and more and started daydreaming for longer and longer. Sometimes for days on end where I just stare at my ceiling, high as hell and barely eating. I have been doing this since I was at least 17-18 (I’m 22 now). It wouldn’t surprise me if it caused lasting brain damage. I took some control of it now, forcing myself to lower my dosage so I simply have less pills. I’m not necessarily addicted to the medication but rather what I do with it. It really feels like I get to be with him and live in that world, it’s so extremely hard to give that up. Not a single day has gone by where I don’t think of him. I have carried this shame for years and just needed to drop it somewhere. I’m sorry if this is all too heavy.

I've known Kekkai Sensen for roughly two years now, it is such a great franchise. Only until now did I actually join an actual community hehe

Una domanda ma secondo voi si trova ancora nella fumetterie questo manga ?

Blood Blockade Battlefront perché lo vorrei leggere. perché lo sto cercando

I know I watched it, I know I liked it, but I don't have a SINGLE memory of it???

It really freaks me out, reading the story, looking at images, characters or even just watching an episode. Nothing speaks to me, but I know I watched it !!

Does anyone have this problem? I'm watching it again now, but I was starting to ask myself if maybe the show was just like that, something nice that we forget fast.

I hope I'll remember some episodes, but if you're living the same shyt, please tell me, I'd feel less alone

I’ve been meaning to join a community like this as I dearly love Blood Blockade! It’s one of my favorite anime/manga. I hyperfixate especially on my oc and Klaus so I hoped I could share some of the art I’ve made of them.

So, I just finished Kekkai Sensen B2B. I want to start reading B3P but idk where i can found all the chapters. I take a look in Mangadex but they only have until chapter 10, where i can read it all?

Didn't see any good AMVs with this song so I decided to make one myself. Kind of late to the party, but I love BBB so much. The atmosphere of the anime and the manga are so good, and all of the characters are great. Fingers crossed that it gets a season 3 one day.

Anyway, I don't consider myself an expert by any means, but this AMV is probably my best work. I only started on it 10 days ago, but I went all in on trying to get it done and adding a bit of extra flair where I could. This was my first time really exploring DaVinci Resolve and trying things like color correction and manipulating clips beyond simple cutting. Again, definitely not an expert editor compared to a lot of people out there, but I'm proud of it. Sorry for the rambling, it's late so I'm just putting my thoughts out there. Hope you enjoy!

Is kekkai sensen stuff available anywhere in japan? and where? Physical copies of the manga, figures, merch that sort of thing

There's barely anything online and I want to grab something when I visit
