Everyone's talking Archelon and Nothosaurus, but I can't really see both of them coming back at the same time. Gigantoraptor was a fan favorite in JWE2 and Frontier know this, so given it was excluded in a DLC it would've fit the theme to be resold in, I think its one of our anniversary gifts.

There's an absurd amount of abhorrent animation reuse, like if you think it's bad in JWE then you haven't seen some of the ways Frontier have used it in PZ2. They've used the Lemur rig for a monkey lmao, it looks like genuine crap.
They added what is essentially an ecosystem mode, which was one of the key headliners for the game, with literally 0 hunting mechanics and prey animals will let predators stroll up to them. That lack of care for hunting/fighting is very reminiscent of sauropods being neglected since the beginning of the franchise..
Making an ecosystem mode with no hunting animations at all is hilarious, like a lion will just run into a gazelle and it will flop over.
Also the fact multiple staple zoo animals have been cut that were in PZ1 to be likely resold in future DLC packs. Frontiers record with JWE3 doesn't exactly make you think they'll do otherwise.
If this is the product that Frontier cook up after apparently neglecting the JWE games for their own IPs, then this company is full of fraudsters.
This isn't to say Universal isn't at fault for things behind the scenes, but this and PC2s uneasy launch have made it clear Frontier isn't some golden child and when they mess up they need to be held accountable. Passing blame to Universal just lets them get away with things.

Phase 1 of Prehistoria is out now! Workshop code: 0G8-49R-7TR
Incredibly proud of how this park has turned out so far so I would really appreciate you checking it out and explore it for yourselves. The park is by no means done, but the positive feedback by this sub has inspired me to release the park in phases. This first phase includes the four main areas completed so far: Gentle Giants Zoo, Crocodile Cove, Caiuajara Walkthrough Aviary and Cretaceous Cruise. Please enjoy your stay in Prehistoria and let me know what you think of the park in the comments! Thank you.

Posted this yesterday in JP subreddit, but it never occurred to me to post it here. I Wasn’t a big fan of the original redesign, while I do think it’s a big improvement over the original it still didn’t scream Carcharo to me, so I tried my own approach to it:)

I struggle to start creative projects (in general) but I always loved the idea of creating something for the JWE3 workshop. I’ve never built anything in the game before and I was determined to start a project and see it through to the end.
Well, tonight I finally finished my building project. It’s a simple Arrival Point built entirely from scratch.
There isn’t a theme to the building as such, but it’s designed for use in my own UK woodland park, so I needed it to look the part. The idea is that the building is the exit/entry point for guests to embark/disembark an underground metro that shuttles guest to and from the “true” entrance (unseen in the game). The ground level of the building (as seen by the player) contains basic amenities and this necessities the need for a goods-in for stock/produce.
My goal was to make the building look somewhat realistic, fairly simple and modest but also modern in its design. I wanted the building to not look sterile and new, but rather weathered and functioning. The rear of the building has the aforementioned loading bay, bins, electrical box, staff access, and a fire exit. I’ve attempted to make the rear of the building slightly unkempt and “lived in”, such as the inclusion of a makeshift staff area, pallets dumped in the alley, and various wear and tear. It was important for the building to tell a story (no matter how dull).
My main priority was to make the building for my own use, but I’d greatly appreciate feedback and/or tips and tricks to improve my build (and future builds). I look at the workshop and I see players creating works of art, and it blows my mind. I’d love to hear the opinions of the blueprint elite in this sub!
By the way, the station name was originally Jurassic Parkway, but the font didn’t scale small enough to fit the sign, so o just went with Parkway.
Anyway, let me know what you think!
EDIT: Not that it makes a great deal of difference, but this was built using a controller on PS5.

How do I get this moronic raptor to stop attacking the fence
It has all its needs fulfilled water food and other velociraptors, but it keeps attacking the fence like 2 seconds after I put it back in its enclosure and as you can see in the bottom right of the image I NEED it to stay in its enclosure
Edit finished the mission and now I'm letting it starve while tranquilized

I’ve been thinking about sharing this for quite some time now because I feel like it’s pretty self-explanatory, and I thought everyone already knew about it. But it took me a while to figure it out too, so I might as well post it.
The “Cycle Gizmo” button is bound to the keyboard by default, but that doesn’t mean you can’t bind it to a mouse button instead.
Even better, if you have a mouse with extra side buttons, you won’t lose any mouse functionality, and you’ll still be able to do the scale glitch.
But if you have a regular office mouse, it’ll work too. You just have to sacrifice one of your buttons. In that case, I’d recommend binding it to the right mouse button, since it’s basically just a back button anyway.
Not everyone has a keyboard lying around. You might have a console for gaming and a laptop that you don’t really need an external keyboard for. But I’m pretty sure most people have a mouse lying around, so there you go!
The scale glitch for 99% of people.
