Reported this person, for their username and somehow this username is deemed okay??

My thr3ads account was banned for no reason I’m guessing they have some AI managing it, but in return it banned all my Instagram accounts, and Facebook accounts, including business accounts…….My appeal was submitted on the 22nd of last month, and I’ve still yet to hear anything? What is the best plan of action from here? I’d really love to have my accounts back, especially considering my Facebook has stuff with passed relatives and all of that. 🙄😒 !!ANY INFO IS APPRECIATED!! If you want to share content with your friends and family... where can you go? Instagram has purposefully fought a world where you share content with a limited group of users and consume a limited, but meaningful, group of content creators (i.e. you friends and family).

You can't opt-out of the algorithm and can't create a post/story/reel/highlight (and why so many types of the same thing?) that has the same experience in the app and desktop.

If you're not an influencer, or AI slop creator, what other platforms are worthwhile? Because I find the whole experience really frustrating...

I had an acc which got disabled approx a month ago and now that I have created a new account, last night it suddenly got under review and I did nothing and still its under review...I did the verification and also submitted the documents...help me so that I won't lose my account again!!

So, I tried to follow someone, but I had reached the limit for the number of people that I could follow for today. However, I accidentally pressed the button that said the notice was a mistake. Will Instagram suspend my account for that?

For the past three days I’m getting almost nothing but AI-generated junk, ultra generic family vlog stuff, or random videos from South/South East Asia. I’ve gotten a handful of international videos before but they’re usually those sort of universal comedic videos that are mega viral and what I’m getting is just… not that. My explore page has the videos I like but if I scroll even one or two down it switches back the weird reels. I pretty much skip all of them but it’s like my algorithm is just refusing to correct itself

He’s naturally got me blocked on this account as all my friends (who’ve told me about it) can see it. But none of my friends are willing to show me.

If someone can please just follow him and send me evidence of any/all his posts with her, it will be help me build enough resolve to dump him and move on.

All of my Instagram reels have been video with over a million views. 98% or them are from India, Africa, or Asia, or straight up Ai slop. I haven't interacted with any of those things. I'm american and really the only things I looked at was nerdy content, video games, and memes.

I've tried blocking certain words and phrases and hitting not intrested and blocking accounts but it isn't helping

is it actually one person checking throughout the day on anonymous story viewers? i have instagram plus and can see times people viewed my story and it’s every 2-5 hours i’m seeing a bot as i post throughout the day.

My Algorithm is so broken right now. I’ve reset it multiple times, but it’s turned into Indian slop, whether it’s videos with 10 likes, or random 10 like reels. How do I fix this?

They made a new account but added an extra underscore at the end. They’re asking my mutuals for money or favours. I made a story warning people that’s not me but a scammer. The account is not searchable anymore and I can’t find it. I’ve enabled 2FA and a passkey

I’m really worried and anxious

This has been happening for some time now, where I will see some posts from people I follow that will have a couple likes, and that has been posted many days ago? Why is this? Does this have something to do with archiving?

Last night my account got suspended for CSE (?!) and of course I tried to appeal because I thought it was completely unbelievable and not even within 10 minutes, my appeal got denied and my accounts been disabled. I downloaded the account information and I still can’t even find the apparent CSE I was banned for. Is my account seriously just gone forever now?

When I'm just scrolling the videos on my feed, they load fine. But if try to load them full screen, or if I go to an account and try to load any of their videos, or when I'm watching a short and click on the "watch full reel", it only shows the first frame and it stops there.

Already tried deleting the cache, logging out from the app then logging back in, rebooting the phone, deleting then re-installing the app. None of these worked. Any suggestions?

2022, 4 years ago, I created my first Instagram account. I spent a good chunk of my time adding all of my friends and just making the platform feel more welcoming. I didn't have any problems with Instagram until I linked my account to my phone number! Before my phone number was linked, all I needed to do to access it was my password. The first noticeable downside, yet minuscule in comparison to the future problem, was logging in every time. Whenever I would sign in after that, it felt like my password didn't have any power at all, but it was alright at the time, for I believed that my account was just safer. Furthermore, I figured that phone was going to be with me forever, so I didn't think anything of it all.

Then it happened... around 2 years ago, while attending school, I got my phone stolen. I had left it in my backpack while in the restroom, and when returning to class, it was nowhere to be found. This was already a massive problem itself, but I got a new phone after a while. However, I would soon figure out this was the least of my worries.

Ever since that day, I have tried everything in my power to regain access to my account, to no avail. I have never had a worse time with a Help Center until I lost my account. First, I tried simply logging in with my password, which seemed to work, but after entering it would just send a code to my phone number (I DONT FUCKING HAVE). Okay sure, so I then try to change the number linked to the account, which just sent the request to my phone (STILL DONT FUCKING HAVE). My next solution was to see if I could reach out to Instagram themselves, and oh boy was that rage bait. The help section on Instagram might as well not exist. I've spent hours reading and researching, trying and retrying to find something in my power.

According to Instagram's help page itself, there's no way to access a lost account if you can't confirm the account through email or phone number. I've read that same page on that website more times than I can think, and quite frankly, I've started to believe it. Don't mistake this as giving up, understand this as a final cry of hope. I ask everyone and anyone with advice to share it with me.

I have almost all my account info memorized; I forgot the old password, which doesn't help of course, but I can prove to Instagram it's mine if they even let me. How? Well, if I get the chance I would verify my identity as the account owner and the person in all the posts, then I would confirm that I know the old phone number, next I would verify the email address previously attached (from my understanding, this was removed when creating a new account, since when typing it into account recovery it brings me to my newer account. This wouldn't be all of course, and I have everything except that phone. I could even confirm my old passwords and usernames. All I can't do is get help...

(TLDR: I lost access to my Instagram account, and although having all the info, I am denied because I can't get the confirmation code on my phone [Becuase it was stolen])

Hihi! I'm pretty new to using Insta still and recently got into a messy breakup with an ex. I put them on restricted and about a week ago he messaged me but I left it on delivered(?) basically i looked at the message and never replied. Today I wanted to reply to the message and I couldn't find him when I clicked on "requested" is that normal?

First screen: I type my username

Second screen:

> Use your password to continue

I click continue

Third screen: It asks for my password.

I click "Forgot password?"

And then, instead of sending me a password reset link, it goes back to screen two.
