Im new but cant only see 2 exchanges.

How many gift exchanges are open and do you see more if you buy the premium? How do i apply for more

I currently have 4 exchanges (2 Official + 2 User) that have been completed (both gifts received and posted) but have not closed themselves out.

Is this happening to anyone else or is it just me?

Coupled with the fact that I have 2 Exchanges that I was No-Gifted on and I am waiting on a Rematch, half of my Exchange Slots are occupied for no reason.

For context, I submitted a support ticket several days ago, but it has not been answered.

Would like to request either a monthly or a subscription of official exchanges (aka specific reoccurring yearly official exchanges like Christmas, etc) via email.

I dont think to check here monthly, but have you guys on my email whitelist and i get emails for active exchanges (when I remember to subscribe to them).

Is anybody else getting excited about this exchange?

Hi guys, thought I ask the whole bunch here and not support, they have enough to do and you guys probably know how to help me.
I haven’t been online here for a bit over a year or two, now I am back, things changed. I want to edit my profile, the text, but I don’t know how… somehow I am not seeing where I can edit my profile.
If it matters, I’m on an iPhone..

I sign up for an exchange, but I’m not getting emails saying that I was matched or the exchange is ready and so I just looked in and here I have two exchanges I signed up for, and I don’t even know that I was matched. And I don’t wanna be late sending somebody their gift but I didn’t even know I was matched and I never got an email and I checked my spam folder, so is this something that’s a glitch, is anybody else having this issue?

I saw that givingifts.com is based in the UK. Are there some gifters from the U.S. as well?
How strict are the location preferences?; If I have my settings set to Domestic>Drop, is there still a chance I will be matched with someone international/worldwide?

I have submitted two tickets one for getting kicked out the givingift discord and the other for finishing a gift exchange. I have not received word on the both.

I have been on Givin Gifts for a couple months now and I love it.

I am thinking about paying for premium features and am wondering how it affects your experience with Givin Gifts? I looked at all the benefits but am just wondering from user perspectives if they like it.

Also (as a non premium user currently) I am confused as to why I can only join one exchange and then it tells me I have reached my limit? Can I only join 1 until it is completed? And if so, does paying for premium change this?

What do you do if your giftee doesn't use a name for their profile/address, they don't put in any exchange preferences/its blank, they have no profile with any introduction, likes, etc./it's blank. How can you give a gift to someone like that?

It's for the Ghibli Day (2026) exchange. I have 6 hours left to ship or order a gift, but I'm stuck and have also been busy 3ith life events i forgot i only have a certain amount of time to send a giftee their gift(s). I've done 10+ exchanges and ive never missed any deadlines, but this has me stumped and confused.

They don't even reply back to me when I messaged them. I didn't know someone could join an exchange without writing any information.

Maybe they're a kid and shouldn't really be on Givin Gifts? Their "name" is Team Rocket.

I’ve tried multiple times on different devices, and I can’t login. I click the login button after typing in my credentials and nothing happens. I’ve tried so many times the last several weeks and I also sent in a help request a week or two ago and still haven’t heard anything 😟. Has anyone else had this problem or know why I can’t login? And it’s not a forgotten password, it literally just doesn’t do Andy thing when I click the submit button to login.
