Over the past couple of years, the team of contributors behind Cuhrayzee started routinely buying, scanning, and dumping various media related to the series, to preserve the story of the series development, and to share it with the community
With the internet shattered even more in recent years, we think that having a centralized place for the community to discover more about the series they love is an important thing, while also giving them options to not be locked behind someone else's interpretation
That's why the materials we provide and preserve have no watermarks of our own or any other restrictions, and we track down and credit the providers for most entries, even when they "donated" the materials to us directly.
We are also not stopping at extended media. Many interviews and materials about the game's development are either lost on the internet due to link rot or deleted because of copyright issues.
For example, Variety deleted its interview about Crimson Cloud for DMC 5's promo tour.
Another thing we want to tackle is translating JP-only materials, like Devil May Cry 4's promo DVDs.
We're working closely with native speakers to transcribe and later translate the materials and present them to the community, both in JP and ENG.
The current iteration of the website is in the "alpha" stage. Over time, we'll iterate on the visuals, tutorials for the mod pages on how to install them, and write guides on buying or preserving the media yourself.
We belive that that knowledge should not be locked in any way.
We want to make knowledge about Devil May Cry easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to learn from. Whether you want to improve at the games, learn more about the world of these games, or find better places to discuss them.
.arc project - preservation efforts, aimed at properly digitizing various media related to Devil May Cry series
Cuhrayzee's FIGHT CLUB - gameplay event, where people showcase their skill in various Stylish Action Games.
If you ever scrolled through Devil May Cry 3142 artbook or similar things - some of these were also preserved by us! Although, a lot of our work is uncredited or reposted without sources :)

So I might be reading too deep into this, but when I noticed it I couldn't stop thinking about it.
I'm talking about this cutscene in particular. Pay close attention to V in the background, when Nero says "[...] your quality control sucks ass, and you know that." V smiles, very briefly, but you can see it happen. A sort of exhale-through-your-nose "heh" sort of laugh, but he laughs. He's only all smiles and giggles when he's with Dante or Nero and I find that precious.
First: women with glasses and tattoos on videogames. The "belt tattoos" are absolutly killing it for me. Her voice is a plus.
Now, I adore her story. A woman who wants to be like her idol, in this case her grandma, and works her life on that. Having someone you aspire to be so hard has to be one of the most hurtful but motivational experience you could ever have. And her creations are absolute fire, the bionic body parts could save a lot of people. If the Devil May Cry stops working someday, maybe she would be a fantastic support for people with disabilities!
I love her personality. She's a goofy, but knows when to get serious, and her reaction to Dante is super cute I cant help but giggle during that scene... She's so me I love her.
And now, a bit of "headcanon time", I love headcanoning her as lesbian. My bisexual butt falls in love with her every single time I see her.
Loved the 1/4s but personally feel that Prime1 did a better job on the details for the 1/6s especially on the faces.
(Pardon the stains on the glass in the last picture, it’s a huge hassle to clean it with pets in the house.
Pardon the mess too, I’m running out of space to put my stuff)
I recently posted my wig and got awesome feedback! The look is now essentially complete ( missing gloves in these photos ). I’m torn between trimming my moustache / stubble off, or should I dye my facial hair? I don’t want to go topless, maybe a different colour top underneath?
Pretty easy strat for DMD Nelo Angelo 3, my favorite fight in the first game. Some people/guides suggest going for the Ifrit loop, but I find that strat easier to mess up (there's also a little bit of RNG with the timing to start the loop on DMD, you can learn the different patterns but it's not worth it outside of speedrunning). This strategy is much easier, you just wait for his attacks, jump over them or circle around him to get to his back, then you slash cancel him to death (2 melee attacks, then you do an half circle with the movement analog stick, which resets your combo; rinse and repeat) with the occasional grenade launcher shots when there's an obvious opening. Ideally, don't go for more than 5 slash cancel combos in a row, he will block or counter attack you (sometimes he does after 4 but with decent reaction time you can avoid being hit). Don't get too greedy and you should be fine. Once he starts blocking your attacks, stop slashing. If he blocks more than 2 attacks he will do a quick counter. His grounded meteor attacks have a lot of windup and recovery frames, they are excellent openings to attack him, and they have pretty poor tracking, he stops tracking you about halfway through charging the meteor. Nerves got to me at the end, I was so close to an actual no damage, but I am satisfied for now. C ranking because I died a couple times and had to use yellow orbs to revive lol.
Like they are famous but capcom have been pushing street fighter, resident evil and monster hunter as there main franchises and both DMC and AA haven't have new games for years (like actual new games) so why them? is it because both of there franchises are now 25 years old, is capcom baiting the audiences or........ARE WE ACTUALLY GONNA GET NEW GAMES FOR BOTH OF THESE FRANCHISES?! (says as I get high on hopium)
i fked it up a lil. The air stingers into million stabs isnt supposed to be a drop, you arent supposed to to break dance twice, no trick up during the round trips too. but ngl overall i will take this it was a decently hard combo for me icl. But i think i have come quite far really proud of this combo.
I am so happy how im improving with my style and that i did it during an afternoon, kind of crazy to be honest because i always forget to get hydrated lol ( btw i got inspired on Dante of dmc 3 )
So glad to have dante sitting on my shelf (more like kneeling) without paying my literal arm and leg for it, the quality is crazy good too for such a detailed knock off of the Prime1’s Concept Masterline
Definitely recommend yall to hit up that mall whenever you are in thailand, they even have kotobukiya’s dante and nero, no vergil yet though or else i would have gotten him too
I watched the DMC series, and it got me interested in playing the games (I know some might consider me a fake fan), but DMC3 has been AWESOME. I bought the HD collection on Steam and can't wait to play the other two. I am having a problem in DMC3, though. I can't do the DTE. My DT orbs never turn red, even when I'm not taking damage and am getting a lot of style points.
For me, the music of DMC is amazing and one of my favourite components, so here's my favorites
DMC 1: PUBIC ENEMY - Heavy guitar track, solid beat and a nice touch of electrionic sound
DMC 2: OVERTURE - One of the few good things about this game is its music, and Overture is hauntingly beautiful
DMC 3: BATTLE-1 - THE FLINCH IN YOUR EYE CALLS YOUR BLUFF, FEEL FREE TO DIE WHEN YOU'VE HAD ENOUGH. As much of a banger Devils Never Cry is, this one takes it for me
DMC 4: The Time Has Come - This game has arguably the best soundtrack in entire franchise, and its standout is Nero's Combat theme. The lyrics and riff go insanely hard, and it sort of embodies Nero as a whole. Loud, reckless, powerful.
DMC 5: Bury The Light - Vergils theme, meanignful, powerful, aura given sound dude. Bury the Light is a fucking banger that is genuinely one of my favourite songs ever.
DMC: El Donte edition: Falling Apart - This game had a pretty mid line up, but Falling Apart goes pretty hard
So in Devil may Cry, the demons Name is litearly sparda, but his family uses it as surname, So do you guys think Sparda also used it as a surname when he was with them, and if so, what name would he have? Cause Sparda Sparda sounds dumb
I need to know!!! It blew my mind. I dunno if it’s new or not, it sounds like a mix from the first and the third game but maybe i just forgot and it’s from 3… which is my favourite.
Can you help me please?
Also tell me your favourite tracks of DMC. Mine will forever be Devils Never Cry. It’s just perfect. Especially with the trailer… i still remember i downloaded the video when it released so i could watch it again and again.
When Griffon takes flight you have to be at a certain angle to see him, and this makes dodging his moves extremely difficult. The purple elevator takes you to a tiny ass room where Griffon will spam projectiles, you often lose more health than you would gain. The camera also focuses on the tiny room so you can't even see what Griffon is doing. And also when the camera pans to Griffon you can't even see the chain lightning on the ground on higher difficulties.
