As a former crazy girl, she is beyond. The worst I did was destroy things that I made for and gave to him. I've grown a lot and don't do crazy shit anymore. This guy needs to get a restraining order.

Edit: The amount of people trying to neg me lmao. Post your faces on here and admit your faults. I dare you.

You wouldn't. Have the day you deserve. ☺️

From a man… We like to think it’s all personal growth, but we’re riding high on hormones too. I get my testosterone from a syringe nowadays, so I have some insight into how much my so-called personality is just a reflection of my hormonal state. The difference between 160 ng/dL and 900 ng/dL Test is night and day. I choose to dose myself into a midrange because I don’t like being the guy at the high or low end. Yes, it sounds dismissive to attribute behavior to hormones. But with any other mammal it would just be unremarkable/obvious.

I’ve been on a medication for many years and didn’t realize it was depleting my testosterone and estrogen. Im a woman. Even women are supposed to have testosterone, just not as large of a amount as a man.
I was tired, irritable, moody, and had some crash outs that I’m not proud of.

After many doctors appointments, a ton of searching online, I started raising my hormones.

The difference was night and day. Looking back on my past behavior and feel mortified.

So human. The lesson is to grant others some of the grace we’d want for ourselves. My wife just had to suddenly stop testosterone, progesterone, and estrogen. It’s a wild ride. PSA: consider an ultrasound. Mammogram missed it and it’s hormone sensitive.

What helped me is DHEA. It’s sold as a supplement. No prescription needed in most states. There’s also high estrogen foods such as Soy.

This is interesting input. I was on hormonal birth control at the time and it made me very emotional and high-strung. I stopped taking it for that reason.
