sunday batch: brown rice, asparagus, squash, broccoli, chicken thigh. three days in the freezer, two containers to the office every morning, 90 seconds in the microwave at noon. the system was perfect.
except the eggs. the eggs were not perfect. if you know, you know lol. one bite and it's a confetti situation in the break room — so the egg has been formally removed from the roster. survived by the broccoli.
anyway RIP to my little yellow friend and everyone who's ever opened a tupperware at work like it's a jump scare. what's your microwave casualty story

Used this youtube recipe for the patties. They came out delicious. In the air fryer. Had one on the side with no bun or toppings. Will be making these again.

Hey all, I have had a pretty healthy diet for a long time however wasn’t too worried about the odd thing that wasn’t great for me and never counted calories.
For around a month now I have really dialled in my nutrition, logging everything and eating very clean.
I am in a roughly 200 -500 calorie deficit per day to lose 5 kg of fat, what I am starting to find is my appetite has really dropped.
Much smaller portions every 3 hrs during the day and I’m finding at times I have to force myself to eat to reach my calorie goals as I’m looking to do a slow cut and hold onto muscle, is this a normal thing?
I’m thinking my body is actually starting to run optimally for the first time and knowing I have around 4-5kg surplus Is telling me I don’t need that much food?
Any insight would be much appreciated!

Prepping another batch of chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, herbs, salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
I eat chicken pretty often since getting more serious about the gym, so I’m always looking for ways to keep it from getting boring.
What seasoning combinations do you swear by?

Hello! My family tends to buy a ton of Greek yogurt in general but it’s usually very bitter and it doesn’t taste very good in a yogurt bowl 💔 is everyone just lying and they use vanilla yogurt or something?

Today's lunch, all homemade: roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli, pan-seared chicken thigh.
Potatoes deserve an apology. They spent years getting blamed for what the fries did. As an actual carb they keep me full for hours, cost almost nothing, and come with potassium and fiber for free.
Yes, chicken + broccoli is the most cliché combo in clean eating. It's cliché because it works.
And thigh over breast every time — if the food doesn't taste good, the diet lasts exactly three days lol
