Most of my friend groups have graduated from night outs, so I'm kinda flying solo for now.

Not train nga diritso gyud dayun competitive but to train even just the basic and proper techniques lang. Kibaw na sha swim na but as a six year old, I’m sure daghan pa need i-improve. If ma apil sha sa team, bonus rana.

Planning to rent there unta. How is the experience ba when it comes to commuting ug ang convenience around the area? I checked na tapad ra siya sa JMall ug Terminal pero accessible ra ba from here ang padulong sa SM Seaside/Ayala Center Cebu?

Ug experience lang sa condo in general with their facilities. Any insight is appreciated!

Sa mga taga-Cebu nga ga-commute ani nga route, kumusta ang traffic, especially during rush hour? How early should I leave IT Park to arrive at the site on time, and how long does the commute usually take going home?
