I’m planning to use a telephoto zoom lens with my Canon EOS R50 V and would like to know whether the Canon RF 70–300mm lens is compatible with this camera.
Is it a direct fit, or do I need a mount adapter?
If an adapter is required, which one would you recommend?
Will autofocus, image stabilization, and other lens functions work properly?
Are there any alternative telephoto lenses you would recommend for the R50 V?
I’d appreciate advice from anyone who has experience using telephoto lenses with the Canon EOS R50 V.

Did they remove this feature in the software? I'm on firmware 1.5.0 and can't find it under the wrench icon. I even checked all the other option sub-menus just in case. There is a single white speck of dust I can see in the bottom right of the sensor and there is faint grey spot in eeeeeevvveeeerry picture I take and I'm tired of editing it out.

So I'm flying soon and taking my rf 18-150mm and I want a small lens, the rf 28mm sold out before I could buy it (not in the us) the 50mm is small and cheap but I'm guessing pretty tight? Anyone have experience traveling with it?
