Day 3 of my 10,000 steps a day challenge! 🚶♀️✨
I’m going to keep posting here on Reddit until walking becomes a habit and a natural part of my daily routine. Today marks my third consecutive day of hitting 10,000 steps, and honestly, I’m already feeling fresher! I was diagnosed with PCOS nearly a year ago, and I have a long journey ahead of me. I want to lose around 30 kg, improve my mental health, feel better about myself, and get my grades back on track. I know this won’t happen overnight, but I’m trying to take things one day at a time and build healthier habits along the way. 💗
To all my fellow Redditors who are walking, working on their health, or going through a similar journey, I’d love to hear your stories! Please share your progress, tips, and words of encouragement to help keep me motivated. My goal is to stay consistent with 10,000 steps and eventually push myself to do even more. Here’s to showing up for ourselves, even on the difficult days. One step at a time! 🫶🏻
