I’m recruiting 3 Sales Chat Managers for an adult creator management agency working with OnlyFans and Fanvue.

Each manager will own one shift covering approximately 115 chat sales agents through existing team leads and QA.

The role involves:
• Owning shift revenue and conversion.
• Coaching written sales and reviewing conversations.
• Developing team leads and managing performance.
• Improving sales processes, staffing and shift handovers.

You need personal experience closing sales in writing, plus experience managing a sales team and taking responsibility for its results. Ideally, you have managed 30+ people and developed other team leaders.

Terms:
• Base: USD 3,000 to 5,000 per month, plus performance bonus.
• Fully remote, full time independent contractor.
• Current hiring focus: candidates working from Europe or South Africa.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfort working with adult content and reviewing adult themed sales conversations.

Shifts, in US Eastern time:
• S1: 09:00 to 17:00
• S2: 17:00 to 01:00 the following day
• S3: 01:00 to 09:00

In my personal life, I’m curious about: (horror) game/UX design and psychology, absurdist/surrealist media (and commentary), dystopian literature, current affairs and contemporary commentary, and the behavioral economics of why people believe what they believe.

I'm looking for: Remote/WFH/Digital Nomad roles only. I prefer async-first, deadline-driven roles rather than presence-driven. Something that uses my brain rather than just my availability. Roles in content writing, research, people operations, organizational psychology, AI systems, editorial work, psycho-social cultural commentary, or honestly anything where the quality of my thinking is appreciated and subsequently impactful.

I don't have a 10-year history on Western contracts, but I do have documented results, a strong portfolio, native English fluency, and a work ethic built on solving hard problems independently, accurately and consistently.
