keep up with Flylady Daily & Weekly cleaning routines
purge closet and main dresser, fill Thred Up bag, send in.
increase protein through food sources, while supplementing with powder and ready made shakes.
increase cholesterol lowering foods.
Daily meditation during warm eye compress
contact county retirement re: my money, rolling it over to another account (open another account)
make at least 10 pairs of origami earrings to sell
Art Club! Teach origami shuriken!
celebrate S's 30th!!! Birthday!!!
ask S all the details of selling my earrings at the little store downtown. Rent, etc.
Do new budget. What is the least I can take out of retirement while paying the bills? Setting it up to pay the tax penalty and fed/state taxes each withdrawal so I don't get hit with a big bill come tax time.
Daily PT with Hinge Health app, use the TENS device when needed.
talk to therapist about SSDI
consider talking to allergist about asthma if coughing continues
add Kids & Family arts & crafts days on Google calendar and Bub's wall calendar. Update Bub's calendar. Print school district calendar to place on fridge.
Keep up with self care, skincare, moisturizing. Lots of moisturizing! All over, not just face!

Again what is flylady and I'm sorry I'm just noticing this now.
Sounds like you did a lot of purging.
Honestly chatgpt said lowering saturated fat intake does more to lower cholesterol than lowering your cholesterol
Origami are so cool.
Hinge totally sounds like a dating app, but it sounds like you kept up.
Keep up the good work!

Yes, I mean, lowering LDL. By consuming more HDL foods and less LDL foods. I have a whole list of LDLdecreasing, HDL increasing foods, as well as triglyceride lowering and VLDL lowering. Ideally, like all of my doctors including therapist have suggested, this would include fish multiple times a week. Salmon, they say. But the types of fish I like are: canned tuna with mayo, and fish sticks. Which, according to medical professionals, don't count. Unless I use the tiniest blob of mayo, which means sad tuna. And, fish sticks are the chicken nugget of the sea and, while my son practically lives off nuggets, they are far from ideal.
I have sent in 2 very large bags of clothes, and filled 3. The bags like 3ft by 3ft square. I have thrown away so much stuff from the kitchen, and the bathroom. Hundreds of D's empty beer cans I've put into bags for recycling.
I think Hinge IS a dating app? This app is "Hinge Health" and deals with joint pain. Get it joints move like hinges. Unfortunate to be named so similar to a dating app though.

Honestly I do fish oil pills to make up for not eating fish. two pills a day, they're huge. As much as you can fit in your pill tray is good as long as they're filtered for mercury. Might not do much but it shouldn't hurt.
All of the purgeeeee. I used to collect beer bottles, but rarely wanted more than one of any beer. They're around my mirror in Sag Harbor.
That's actually a cool app idea.

Oh yeah I've been taking fish oil pills for years lol. I take 5 a day. Although my dietician sent me links to higher potency pills, which I'll try once I'm done with the big Costco bottle.
D doesn't collect beer bottles or cans, and he drinks cheap beer. So it's nothing worth saving. He just doesn't throw them away.
