Categories now live on the left. Press LEFT from the first column, or hold BACK anywhere, and your category list slides in from the edge of the screen on Live TV, the Guide, Movies, Series and Catch-up. OK picks, RIGHT closes, BACK goes to the main menu. Hold OK on a category to move it or hide it, and that order follows your account to every box.

The Guide has a new look. Preview and programme info sit on top, seven rows of the grid below with the NOW line running down it. Channel Up/Down and Page Up/Down page the rows; LEFT and RIGHT move along time.

Refreshes are faster, lighter, and never freeze the box. The heavy end of a full guide refresh runs in its own worker with a hard memory ceiling. On a Shield with three guides and about 660,000 programmes, the finishing step went from over two minutes to about 45 seconds, and the app now shows what it is doing, row by row, with the step name and a timer. The app also no longer kicks off a refresh the second it opens.

Status page. Each guide and each playlist has its own Sync and Guide button, plus "Refresh all guides" at the top. Queue a second refresh while one is running. When something fails, the row says why in plain words instead of a bare "error".

Jellyfin and Emby remember where you stopped. Your resume point on the server updates while you watch, so a crash or a killed app no longer leaves the server at the start of the episode. Auto-playing the next episode no longer confuses the server about which one is on.

Sports Hub. A game's picks now come from every one of your lineups instead of one of them. Multi-View's Change Channel asks for the sport first, then the game. The pick list is tidier: stations with no network fold into "Other", and nothing is listed twice.

Also in this release - Stalker portal (MAC) support as a lineup type. - Reorder and hide Movies and Series categories from the web dashboard, with bulk hide and show. - Settings › About › Send diagnostics uploads the app's recent log so I can see what your box saw. - A tap on an infrared remote no longer reads as a hold.
