I was trying to install an update on my Windows XP SP2 VirtualBox VM when this masterpiece appeared.
The entire error message is just question marks, except for “update.inf”.

I was editing a video in Premiere Pro, when suddenly my entire screen started becoming black. If I hovered over anything clickable, a black square appeared over it. I closed premiere pro, then opened task manager to see what the issue might've been. Task manager looked like this. I am thoroughly spooked and also really curious about what caused *this* to happen.

Windows 10, I do have ~100 tabs open (far from my usual 700). One Java is Minecraft, the other is Live2d. Not sure which is which.
