This isn't even funny. My father did this to one of my brothers with a realistic Jason Voorhees mask. It was so bad, he crapped himself and he was promptly whooped for crapping.

“Oh shit I made you do something you didn’t want to do because of me? Well time for you to be punished”

Now hardly any of us talk to him. He earned it.

38

u/grilledcheese2332 1d ago

Probably wonders why

8

u/manjar 1d ago

Wasn't the whooping enough?

3

u/PoopInTheGarbage 20h ago

This made me laugh 😂

u/Marthman 18h ago

"Hardly any of us". H-how many are there? 😯

4

u/xEyelessOnex 18h ago

Six. I'm the oldest.

Peak boomer behaviour. Rubbed off on the following generation too, I knew parents like this. Felt bad for my mates with parents like this tbh.

24

u/John_Constantine6 1d ago

Definitely taught me when I grow up and have kids not to treat them like shit

12

u/xEyelessOnex 1d ago

May your kids have a long and healthy relationship with you.

1

u/BasketFormal6336 1d ago

Same thing the Boomers said about their parents.

Nah my boomer mum was extremely abusive, she'd have a bad day and beat me and my brother until she was too physically exhausted, then send us to our rooms so she didn't have to look at what she'd done. She'd never tell us we could come out so eventually we'd just leave out rooms and she'd act like nothing happened. We were very well behaved out of fear. She was also emotionally abusive and manipulative but too much info to give there. Her life sucked so would have bad days almost everyday. I always assumed her mum must have been worse as I'd heard previous generations were more strick. My gran always seemed lovely but I didn't know what she was like as a mother, until I was older and spoke to my mum's siblings. She was always the loveliest, most caring women. Loved her kids, firm but fair and was super progressive for the time. That's why my mum's siblings are all great, well functioning adults and throughout my life I've had so many people tell me how amazing they thought my gran was. So there is no reason for my mum to be the way she is.

So not all boomers wanted to be better parents than their parents. FYI I had therapy and cut out my mother, my brother found Christ and also cut out our mother. We're still close with the extended family. I always found it weird when my cousins and most of my friends really liked their parents. It took me decades to realise my upbringing wasn't normal.

Isnt it such a shame your mom gets to know what a warm, gentle mom feels like and you dont? Its the same for my mom and it makes me so mad

1

u/One_Neighborhood9676 1d ago

Yeah well in my case I know my mum gets to live with her actions because she's lonely. My aunts and uncles still talk to her out of pity, but they don't like her

4

u/xEyelessOnex 1d ago

And then wonder why they're sitting in a shitty retirement home and the kids won't bring the grandkids to see Mama and Pap-Pap.

-2

u/Last_Refrigerator704 1d ago

Oh well thankfully you’re alright when everyone else is so awful. Lol 🤡

5

u/ShadowLab451 1d ago

Meaning: "what, you seriously wouldn't do this to your kid for a giggle?"

Nah mate. I don't get kicks from freaking my kid out.

Fuckin' weird ass comment bro.

3

u/ktxkakes 1d ago

Wow sounds like my entire childhood.

1

u/ed-falls 13h ago

That’s just butters from South Park. lol.

u/jennysnotokay 1d ago

Dude wtf ? This is fucking disgusting and horrible , how didn’t you crash out on your dad for that shit?? Forced him to crap himself then beat him for it, genuinely wtf . Poor kid, that’s gonna fuck with him mentally for the rest of his life

20

u/youburyitidigitup 1d ago

Clearly he was an abusive father, so all his kids were probably afraid of getting involved.

37

u/Ragnarok314159 1d ago

It’s something with parents.

Mine had me watch the original Candyman movie as a joke and I couldn’t even go into a bathroom because it gad a mirror as a little kid so I would pee outside.

They beat my ass for it and I am like fuck you, hit me, goddamn fucking Candyman is going to rip me apart in there. They thought it was funny. Primal fear levels of horror.

3

u/ooh_eeh_ooh_aah_aah 19h ago

I have a similar story with Candyman. They let me watch it when I was way too young, then I was afraid to go to the bathroom because my brother would say Candy Man when I was in there next to the mirror.

I genuinely asked to use the portable camping toilet thing in my room to avoid mirrors.

u/-Twin-Flames- 1d ago

My dad had a surround sound stereo and played the Halloween movie theme music full blasted while me and my brother hid under a blanket scared.

He was also abusive mentally and physically in many other ways.

25

u/xEyelessOnex 1d ago edited 1d ago

My brother is actually doing ok. My father on the other hand... I should also add that this was about 20 years ago.

9

u/Lil_Packmate 20h ago

Because as a child you have no chance against a grown man.

He beat one of his kids for getting fearful.

He would 100% beat any other child that would have dared to speak up.

27

u/Suspicious-Post5841 1d ago

I’m sorry, your dad sounds horrible

16

u/xEyelessOnex 1d ago

He's paying for it big time.

1

u/Artystrong1 1d ago

How so?

5

u/xEyelessOnex 20h ago

None of his kids talk to him.

5

u/ReaDiMarco 19h ago

If he tries, tell him internet strangers from across the world hate him too lol

3

u/Suspicious-Post5841 19h ago

I bet he doesn’t understand why, in fact, I bet he’s the victim and baffled how his children all turned out the way they did…at least that’s how my dad handles none of us having anything to do with him

15

u/LittleKoalaNickJr 1d ago

That sounds like something that would happen to Butters.

2

u/Zealousideal-Sky-555 1d ago

And he'd get grounded for it!

27

u/ankerverse 1d ago

This is textbook child abuse. And boomers wonder why our generation needs so much therapy

8

u/xEyelessOnex 1d ago

To the people in my family, they used therapy to make YOU look like the bad guy while THEY looked like patron saints. This is the reason I refuse to talk to therapists today.

10

u/ankerverse 1d ago

Right, it was always a way to get the therapist on their side to gang up on the other person. But that's why finding the right therapist is so important

If I was an influencer I guess that would be the perfect segue into today's sponsor lol

2

u/SurprizFortuneCookie 16h ago

"It toughens you up, prepares you for life" whatever.

1

u/TheOtterSpotter 1d ago

I mean it’s a little funny

3

u/xEyelessOnex 1d ago

Maybe to you.

4

u/TheOtterSpotter 1d ago

I mean I agree I wouldn’t do it to a child

4

u/Alternative-Park-841 1d ago

Wait. Why would they put a fuckin wolfman mask on a dead person??? That doesn't make any sense

2

u/LarryCraigSmeg 1d ago

The dead dude loved wolves and putting on the wolf mask was his dying wish as he expired from the heart attack.

Not saying dads don't do stuff like this but all these videos seem to be of mothers trying to get their children to say nice things about them

1

u/One_Improvement_6729 1d ago

Ok, now that one is cruel

1

u/SweatyListen9863 23h ago

Man thats fucking funny. Not the prank but the whole story.

1

u/Geibla 22h ago

I am really sorry that you had to grow up with a father like that

That's hilarious haha

7

u/xEyelessOnex 1d ago

Maybe for you, but it wasn't worth being whopped over when you had no control over that.
