Im trying to learn redstone so i can try and build my own farms and cool redstone builds. I watched a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CopX8Et7tyo by Cubecly and at 46:33 he has this redstone door thing showing quasi connection. When i made this in my creative world i noticed when i have a certain number of blocks 12 it seems stops the right side of the door from closing but the left side closes fine. I assumed this was bc of the 12 block push limit but then i add another line of redstone and it works fine again. Sorry if that was hard to follow but does anyone know how this works. I also didn't show in the clip but if i put a block next to the opened pistons they close

I'm trying to make a 50/50 walkway game thing but the mechanism I have rn is a little slow for my tastes. Is there a way I can get this down to at most a 1 tick delay without altering the appearance of the interior?

Per minecraft java, ci sono vari modi per attivare la trapdoor. Pensando, se si collega un rilevatore di sculker alla trapdoor, ogni movimento attiverà la botola e attiva l'ender perl. Quindi si può creare un sistema anche con ripetitori di redstone per rallentare il segnale a piacere. Questo può essere utilizzato in delle basi sotterranee ( non in superficie perchè un movimento dei mob attiverebbe il sistema) quando una persona entra nella nostra base, verremmo subito teletrasportati nella nostra base.

I'm just getting into redstone, so it's probably not the most technically sound. What could I improve on this design?

Doesn't remove the last ground block, so this would need to be placed going into a step or a tree/wall or something. Please comment if this is not the smallest of its kind

Hi! I'm trying to build a Redstone circuit that transforms its input signal according to this rule:

- 0 → 0

- 1 → 1

- 2 → 2

- ...

- 14 → 14

- 15 → 14

I need to preserve every signal strength from 1 to 14 exactly as it is, but convert strength 15 to 14.

My signal source can output any strength from 1 to 15, but strength 15 causes problems in the mechanism I'm controlling, so I need to eliminate that specific value without affecting the others.

Requirements:

- Preserve signal strengths 0–14 unchanged.

- Convert signal strength 15 to 14.

- No feedback loops or self-sustaining circuits.

- Stable output, without unwanted fluctuations or oscillations.

I'm playing Minecraft 1.21.1 with Create Aeronautics, so I'm also able to use additional redstone-related components from mods if they help.

Is there a compact and reliable way to achieve this? I'd appreciate a circuit design or a step-by-step explanation.

The goal is to have it auto crafter bone blocks (skeleton farm= a lot of bones which I convert to bone blocks to save space) into bonemeal, then insert the bonemeal into the dropper. Problem is that the auto crafter is too damn fast and refills the dropper faster than I can break and replant the carrots.

Is there any way to fix the issue, or would it better to just abandon the auto crafter entirely and just have a double chest for the bonemeal and some hoppers?

Edit: For the record, I don't have access to the nether yet (on a server so I have no control over that. I'll have access on the 17th)

Basically I simply just wanted lights you could turn on and off with a lever but when i turn it on the lights stay on and won’t turn off when I flip a lever how do I fix that

I want each instance of a minecart coming up this track to park in an alternate location. For example cart 1 goes left, cart 2 goes right, cart 3 goes left etc etc.

its designed to take after the hades vault era of prisons but with some extra security we've learnt since.

i followed a tutorial for it but when i put items in it they move through before the comparator even lights up
