I actually do believe they are talking about it, just blaming the girl and echoing the same sentiments that Megyn Kelly has been spewing. It’s really disgusting, repulsive, and representative of the kind of people they are

the "it was wrong BUT why was she drinking and doing drugs and wearing such clothes and partying and existing and breathing" crowd?

The irony of your name, seeing as how your position depends entirely on reading and understanding nothing but instead shouting that you’re the only one who has.

This degree of lying and misinformation is shameful. You should feel ashamed, all the time.

You do realize consent can withdrawn at any point, right? Regardless of whether she did or not during or after the fact, it's still rape because she was heavily under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

u/THRlLL-HO 5d ago

That’s absolutely insane.

Sure consent get be withdrawn before or during the act. But saying you can withdraw at any point including after the fact makes you and anyone supporting you look insane

If consent can be revoked after the fact then consent literally becomes meaningless.

Thats like having medical insurance the day you need surgery and then 6 months later the insurance company calls you and tells you that you need to pay the full amount because your coverage was revoked after the fact.

Your argument makes zero sense.

Consent cannot, as a matter of law, be withdrawn after the fact. Accused were also under the influence, that’s why one(so far) of the men has filed a counter claim.

They were too, so she also raped them?

Under New York law and Title IX regulations, a person who is incapacitated by drugs or alcohol cannot legally give consent.

However, social media discourse frequently misconstrues mutual drug consumption at a party as invalidating one side's claim of non-consent or shifts blame onto the environment rather than distinct actions

Also, Critics online have sometimes used these evidentiary grey areas to spin hyperbolic or counter-accusatory narratives

Nice try though. I'm just surprised that you guys are willing to announce so loudly that you are also a scumbag.

1) This was before the group messages (where Newall and Ingalls coordinated the gang rape) were exposed to her, so she had initially though that all of the other guys were there against Newall & Ingall’s will as well

2) Even in those texts, she specifically only says the threesome was consentual, and explicitly expresses frustration toward everyone else that came in

3) by “their jurisdiction” she’s talking about people gossiping on campus. That’s not her making an assessment on whether or not anything falls under police jurisdiction

The crux of this case is that Ingalls and Newall essentially tricked/coerced Doe into taking ket, drinking a ton, and having sex with them under the condition that it was a threesome, only to then actively invite the rest of their fraternity into the room to partake at their will. That completely disintegrates any grounds they had to call it consentual, as consent under false pretenses is not consent, it is rape. And then on top of that, everything the other Cornell boys in the room did was rape/sexual assault by virtue of there explitly being no consent at any point

I know you know deep down the Cornell 7 are disgusting, vile rapists/predators. I know you know you’re just trying to make excuses for them, because you want rape to be something excusable, for whatever disgusting reason you freaks want that. Don’t play dumb

Right why was she snorting lines of K off men’s junk? Why did she try and arrange another visit…why did she only complain once they ghosted her from the next big party…or whatever else you were saying

Please look up the "perfect victim"

Here you go: "the perfect victim"----a harmful cultural and legal myth that describes the narrow, unrealistic set of traits society expects a genuine sexual assault survivor to have.

In other words- a woman is allowed to dress slutty, enGage in gAngbAngs, drink under age and even do drugs and that does not mean she deserved to be raped or isn't able to withdraw consent.

She can even be a stripper or a sex worker *shock\*

How do you guys not realize that your desperate attempts to legitimize what thes Cornell scumbags did- just makes you look like a fellow scumbag

Who cares? You don’t get to rape someone because you don’t agree with their life.

35

u/Extension_Area6176 5d ago

I sincerely hope no victim ever has to have the misfortune of opening up to people like you

31

u/hotviolets 5d ago

He’s probably made victims

-38

u/BeneficialCod9603 5d ago

Yeah if you regret a gang bang you participated in keep it to yourself please.

24

u/Extension_Area6176 5d ago

is calling this a gangbang over and over again an attempt to start arguments? ragebait used to be believable.

-25

u/Guderian12 5d ago

No we are using her own words in the text? Do you not believe women now? She said it was her body and her choice then tried to set up the next one…but whatever do some K of a frat boys junk and just sue, it’s so cool these days

12

u/Extension_Area6176 5d ago

she tried to set up the next "gangbang" while explicitly stating to "leave out the 5 billion men and ketamine"?

-23

u/Possible-Archer 5d ago

No, it was a gang bang, that's why it's being called one

-21

u/Inevitibility 5d ago

But didn’t she open up back then and say that she agreed to it all? And when she didn’t agree they backed off? Is it completely off the table that she isn’t being honest years later?

-21

u/Possible-Archer 5d ago

She's not a victim, she has regret. That's not the same thing. I'm not a victim if I order a pizza and I don't end up liking it.

10

u/MelissaOfTroy 5d ago

Exactly! People like you. You know, the reason victims don’t report.

17

u/taki_flame_butt 5d ago

According to Megyn Karen Kelly, fat people can't be raped.

-14

u/Possible-Archer 5d ago

I mean, it would be very difficult if it was a 600lb life situation, but not impossible.
