Mine too, it’s too much. Then he shakes his head and it flies everywhere 🤢 I love him to death but his level of drool is just nasty

I remember when I pet my cat lying on my belly, and his drool dropped right on my lips. I was so disgusted. But still laughed at the situation.

My old cat sneezed directly into my open mouth once. Sometimes I wonder if that was the root of all my chronic illnesses. He was lovely, miss you GooseĀ

A few weeks ago I was woken up by a cat sneeze aimed straight at my face. 😭 My boy Nemo likes to sit in bed next to me staring and purring waiting for breakfast, but he got a little too close for my liking that time.

My cat likes to fart in my face. Tail up, bum aim directly at my face as close as he can get it. His favourite thing is riding on my shoulders and rubbing his arse hole across my cheek (under the guise of turning around) as he lets a rumble loose. I have to remain constantly vigilant to avoid it.

what the fuck 🤣

Stories like this make me glad I have (relatively) uninteresting cats.

My old cat Henry did that once. He also stuck his head into my mouth while I was yawning once, and we both just sort of sat there for a minute like …now what do we do šŸ˜‚ I miss that goober!

He was in another dimension when I pet him, closed eyes, zoned out completely, even eyes was closed only with third eyelids but not for long, because I jumped off the couch to clean my lips šŸ˜…

This is such a cat person statement holy hell. I don’t know you but I love you.

Hahaha there’s a Taylor Swift line that goes ā€˜I love you, it’s ruining my life’ and when I first heard it I was like: ahhhh cat peopleĀ

SO true, Taylor so true

You know the cat’s been happy and drooling but then shakes his head when you hear from across the house someone shout, ā€œoh god, grooosss.ā€ He’s my soul cat, I love him so much, but he’s disgusting.

My soul cat was also a nasty drooly headshaker. Loved him dearly, slobber-flinging and all

I think it’s more tolerable than dog drool at least because it’s less slimy and more wet. Still gross!

I had a Great Dane, once… now that is a lot of drool. Lovely dog, but fuck the amount of drool he produced was insane.

I've got a big drooly dog, nothing like a great Dane, but still lots of drool. He loves to get a drink of water and coming to rest his head on my leg

I had a bloodhound (RIP babygirl) and I will take my cats watery drool over her drool it was horrific. I would gag when it would sling shot on to me. My old roommate gave her a sour candy as a prank on me and my GAWD the drool was insane!

We have a tabby that does this. She’s so skittish and almost never in the house, but once a week or so she allows us to pet her until she’s drooling. And then she shakes the drool everywhere

My parter will sometimes ask me to go grab a sheet of paper or clipboard to use as a shield against the drool sprinkler

My big black cat drools and whenever he shakes his head we say we are in the splash zone

My cat drools but then I guess it tickles her nose because she sneezes all over everything, including me.

Hold a tissue on you at all times

I used to petsit a cat who did this. He LOVED lapsitting and I loved having him in my lap, but knowing that I could be covered in saliva at any moment made it hard to enjoy.

Mine does the same. I love him so much but at 3am, the drool is not my favorite thing.
