Hey everyone!
I'm a (very, very recently turned 25!!!) medical student, just came back from France for an internship (it was a wonderful month!! just a bit lonely), who spends way too much time learning about how the human body works and not enough time remembering where I left my keys.
I'm hoping to meet someone genuinely nice and build a friendship that actually lasts. I'm particularly looking for someone older than me, ideally someone who's got a few more years, a few more stories, and perhaps just enough wisdom to make me question some of my life choices :p
A few things about me:
* I love deep conversations about life, goals, psychology, philosophy, and random 2 a.m. thoughts. My sleep schedule is so messed up that at this point, I'm basically available for philosophical emergencies at all hours.
* I enjoy reading (last saga I read was The Poppy War trilogy and I devoured it, it was sooo good), learning new things, and helping people understand complicated topics.
* I occasionally game (mostly MMORPGs like Elsword), watch shows (mostly anime haha, I am VERY excited about the upcoming season 3 of The Apothecary Diaries and the Madoka: Walpurgisnacht Rising movie), and scroll through TikTok when I should probably be studying or sleeping.
I'm the kind of person who can talk about serious life questions one minute and send you the dumbest TikTok I've ever seen the next. I like people who can keep up with both sides of that. I think I tend to click particularly well with people who are a little older. Maybe it's the wisdom, the life experience, or the kindness. Maybe I just enjoy having someone around who can occasionally look at my questionable decisions and go, “You know what? That's actually a terrible idea.” ... although I can't promise I'll listen haha
I'm looking for someone kind, genuine, and able to hold a conversation. Someone I can get comfortable with, talk to regularly, share random bits of my day with, and eventually have those conversations where you look at the clock and realize you've been talking for three hours.
Voice chats are definitely a plus once I warm up to you. I'm shy at first, but give me enough time and you'll probably regret teaching me how to talk.
Bonus points if:
- You're curious about the world.
- You like sharing random stories from your day.
- You have a good sense of humor and don't take yourself too seriously.
- You can be sweet and reassuring, but also know when to tease me a little.
- You occasionally have that “come here, let me explain this to you” kind of energy. I can't quite explain why, but apparently that's a weakness of mine. :')
- You have stories that probably shouldn't be told during a first conversation. Those are usually the interesting ones.
If you've read this far, send me a message and tell me: What's one thing you want people to know about you?
Looking forward to meeting some awesome people! 😊
