The racism Trump has towards Somalia is on a different level than almost everything else. I don’t think people realize since most same people I know don’t follow every word he says, but he is utterly batshit insane about this particular topic. I’m genuinely concerned for Omar.

The precedent this will set though is something they really, really do not want to do when the top GOP megadoner is also an immigrant who might’ve had some questionable documentation when he first got here. This is not a can of worms they want to open.

He wanted to date that Somalia model Iman. She turned him down. I think he’s had it for Somalia ever since then the guy is got a little tiny mind and he holds grudges.

I’m not defending Trump, but idk why people are so up in arms about this. You Redditors have to rush to defend any Democrat, and if anybody doesn’t loudly declare that they are anti Trump then they are just perceived as a racist magat. I’m pretty sure if the judge signed off on the search warrant then there was atleast enough evidence for them to do this as part of the investigation. Ultimately we’ll see what comes up in the search warrant and investigation but we can’t just instantly discount everything as purely racist Trump bs, but of course this is Reddit and you people live in a fairy tale make believe world lol

Every single time you people resort to calling someone a pedophile worshiper when they say anything that doesn’t perfectly align with everyone else on Reddit. And you wonder why this is known as a left wing echo chamber. You guys shut down any and all discourse immediately. Literally there can be no rational discussion at all with you people. I hate Trump and am completely against him. Can you tell me what I said in my comment that makes me a pedophile worshiper? Why is it that you people do not allow for anybody to say anything that doesn’t agree exactly with what the hive mind believes? If I said something that literally declared my support for Trump then sure, you can call me a pedophile worshiper. But all I did was say something that isn’t exactly in like with what you believe. Do you think it is a positive thing to have discussions with people that don’t agree with every thing that you think?

Come on, you really can't be acting like the legal system has never been abused against dissidents by the state especially now of all times. Trump has been on the warpath for her for longer than half my nephews have been alive, there's no way this is just accidental. Not to mention that if they find nothing, they will simply plant it. Not the first time it's happened and it certainly won't be the last.

Oh no the legal system has most definitely been abused by Trump and his administration. I strongly believe if left unchecked and no restriction in place Trump would very quickly turn the US into North Korea. I’m just saying that it is possible that there is a totally legal and real reason why they are looking into her right now that could be more than just trying to take her down politically. It’s also entirely possible that that is not the case. I don’t know yet, but from what I read there is some discrepancies in her record and reason for the search warrant being signed, so we’ll see what happens. I just try to look at each situation logically and not biased, but I just kinda poke fun at Redditors cause no matter what happens in America, if it has to do with Trump its automatically illegal and racist without even delving into any of the facts or information outside of the clickbait headlines. I’m not swayed in any direction in particular in this situation, just saying anything is possible at this time

Can you blame them? When the leader of your country is and has been doing everything they can to set up an authoritarian state it's not exactly unreasonable to take that assumption given that she has been one of maga's biggest enemies to the point where trump has talked about her a LOT. Given the country also has a history of police planting evidence, it's not ridiculous to assume that this is pretty much guaranteed to happen given the position of the person involved. This is the country that shot MLK with a less extreme government. Of course anything could be possible, but the chances of her actually being responsible for anything genuinely criminal are pretty negligible given the circumstances.
