idk I yearn for a relationship and honestly I’m just too boring it’s that simple. 21 years and not once have I been in a relationship i actually go home almost every night and cry and I’m sick of it. goodnight.

i have no motivation to do anything. i have to force myself to study for my classes. I literally feel so sleepy all the time. i feel impending doom that i'm gonna fail my midterms. i feel like a lazy piece of shit and idek what to do. anyone else in the same boat

I’m writing this as I sit in my porcelain throne but the person that planned the bathrooms for PG needs to get slimed out.

Why are the men’s and women’s bathrooms in different sides and swapped. I almost dropped a stinker in the wrong bathroom.

Hi! I'm a 4th year who usually commutes an hour to and from campus, for 12 hours (9 AM to 9 PM) except for Wednesdays. Our car broke down just before reading week, and we can't afford to repair it so I thought about reaching out on Reddit to see if anyone commutes from the Falls. Public transit comes down to $80 a week for me, which seems more expensive and we're kinda struggling to make ends meet. I'm hoping to figure something out before I have to get back to class next week. Thanks!

Help please, I heard its bad

I genuinely haven’t touched any of the material im still on week 2 for everything 💀 studying with no friends in my program/year is soooo demotivating. Im in Momac if anyone care enough. I’ll be back on campus Friday! If anyone wanna study together this weekend that would be great

Just read the prof said "copying down the material you see on the screen, while important, will only get you so far.". Im cooked. Anyone have tips for this class/good lecture notes that they can help someone out with

So I applied and got a role as a science ambassador, I should note I am a first year. In that acceptance email they gave us a form to fill out if you were free to help with open house. Has anyone who filled this out been contacted for the upcoming October 24th open house?

I’m a new orthodox Coptic Christian. I was wondering whether anyone could teach me some bible or do a bible study in person. Dm me!

Hi everyone!

Has anyone taken SOCIOL 3FF3 with Dr. Bierling before? I was wondering how the midterm was and what the best way to study for it is. I’m honestly feeling pretty lost and don’t really know what to focus on. Should I focus more on the lectures, textbook, or both. Also, what kind of questions should I expect.

I am just wondering how i would go about taking this course I know it's up to me to find a PI but when do most people start planning the process for this and I dont see anywhere if theres certain requirements for the course besides being in level III. PLS HELP

It was all MCQ so I’m guessing soon?

I'm in engineering and currently have a 8cpa after first year. I wouldn't be surprised if it drops even more after second year. How genuinely hard is it to get into the competitive universities for exchange if I manage to sneak by a 7/8 CGPA in second year? is it that enough or is 8GPA the absolute minimum and on average you need a 10+ or something to go?

ok i might be stupid but from what i’m looking at online it says “ residence fees cover your stay until noon the day after your final first-term exam, or noon on December 19, 2026, whichever comes first.” i assumed before that this meant we stay till the day after our final exam at noon, however it says or noon on dec 19 whichever comes first, for me i have an exam the 22d ? so would i not be able to stay in residence since the 19th has already passed? can someone please explain am i just misunderstanding??

If you think you've got what it takes to sound like Bruce Dickinson, we have a fully-formed Maiden tribute band and just need a singer. Most of us are Mac students and we rehearse near campus. I’m in second year ece, and I’m truly lost as to how to even join these teams. I didn’t come from an Eng background, just a strong academic one so I’m building my resume/portfolio quite later than everyone else i guess but even then I couldn’t land any interviews despite being confident in my applications. I just find it counterintuitive because before I joined uni, everyone said design teams were great to get experience to boost ur chances of coops and internships but Idk it just seems impossible to get an offer from one. Am I just stupid ? Im gonna apply again whenever they open up again so any advice is appreciated as to what I should start doing/changing.
