Like many of the mixes I do, it starts off jungle...

Hey all , what's good? So I've been trying to make jungle for a little bit now, and I'm working on the intro, and then I get a vibe going with some drums, and then I'm kind of lost when it comes to the drops like when there are multiple breaks and bassline happening. I'm wondering if there is an Ableton Project File that I can download to see how the layers synchronize with each other and how to have the 2nd drop be something else. It usually sounds like the tune gets more busy but at the same time there are less elements, like melody is dropped out and the drums become the "melody".

I'm trying to figure out the structure of tunes like this Kid Lib - Slow Jump. I bought the Graish jungle2026 template to start, now just need to figure out the arrangement and layers and the break wars. Thanks! Last weekend at the 20 years of Rupture show at Open Ground, Wuppertal, Double O played a great track which i'd love to find!

The intro was almost like a dancehall tune with lyrics along the lines of 'turn around, spin around like a tornado/whirlwind', followed by a massive tearout jungle drop.

One of the standout moments of a stellar night! Sound was impeccable and the music was top notch! Paradox, Breakage, and Beatrice M also killed it!

Any ideas or help finding this track (if it's even out yet) would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there, back in the 90s I bought a couple of jungle mixes from a tape stall on Venice Beach that mostly sold reggae and African tapes.

All I can remember is that the DJs name was DJ falou, and the one mix started with the "Blood clot Art Attack" remix (with the Martin Sheen sample from Apocalypse Now... Everytime I think I am going to wake up back in the jungle).

It's a long shot, but wondering if anyone else has copies ...

Hi all. So at some point years ago between moves I lost something that was super important to me. The tape that had the first jungle songs I ever heard. It was a black promo tape from Urb Magazine releases in late 93 or early 94. There were three mini mixes on it. One was a house mix with Witch doctor as one of the tracks the others blew my fucking mind. The Massive Mix had General Levi's Incredible and Shy FX and UK Apachi 's Original Nuttah starting things off. The third mix had Goldie's Inner City Life and Dance of the Saroos on it. If anyone e has a copy or even an mp3 of this I would be elated to buy it off of you.

Always loved the bass on this. Very chill jungle 😎
