Winter is around the corner; what does everyone do with their bikes before storage? I live where they salt the roads and My last storage attempt resulted in it taking forever to start during the spring.

For my engineering design project, I am currently developing a 3 in 1 integrated locking system designed to solve some of the everyday problems of locking up a bike in public.

The core idea is to combine a u-lock, helmet lock, and a disk lock into a single device, complete with a frame-mounting docking bracket (if needed) so riders don't have to lug heavy steel locks around in a backpack.

To make sure this actually meets real-world needs (and avoids issues like accidental disc-lock ride-offs or weak helmet cables), I’ve put together a short, anonymous survey to gather rider insights on weights, locking habits, and key preferences.

I have a street Bob 114 and tried leaving for work this morning and it will crank but almost always have to try again once or twice more
Is it compression issue? Battery issue? Or a sensor?
I’ve honestly got no clue
I would appreciate the help if so, I don’t feel like taking it to the shop for them to tell me it’s something simple and bill me a shit ton.
This is my second bike ever and I don’t work on a ton of bikes every day.

Is this just a battery problem?

The deceased last owner decided drag bars were cool, but I have now owned this bike for over a year and they are now becoming uncomfortable; I like to ride on highways and explore, so how hard would it be to find original handlebars and put them back on? Will I have to redo all the cables, or is there a chance I could slip everything onto the old bars?
