Oh, it's not pronounced "hyte-ler"?
My cousin, Ron Hitler, owns the second largest mattress chain in the midwest.

What if Marvel brought back the Happy Endings cast into the MCU — but NOT as their Happy Endings characters?
The connection would start with Adam Pally returning as Gary, his character from Iron Man 3. Gary is already part of the MCU, so instead of ignoring that character after the Infinity Saga, Marvel could bring him back years later and actually give him a bigger role.
And then you could cast the rest of the Happy Endings crew as completely NEW MCU characters.
Adam Pally → Gary (Iron Man 3)
Casey Wilson → new MCU character
Eliza Coupe → new MCU character
Damon Wayans Jr. → new MCU character
Zachary Knighton → new MCU character
The story could be something like “Chattanooga Five: Heading Towards Disaster.”
It would take place in the post-Infinity Saga MCU, so there could be references to the Battle of New York, the Snap, Endgame, the Blip, the Avengers, the multiverse, and all the absolute insanity that has happened since.
And I REALLY want WZPZ to return as a local news station 😂.
Imagine Gary watching the news and realizing how completely insane the world has become since Iron Man 3.
You could have references to Stark Industries, Damage Control, the Avengers, Spider-Man, Daredevil, the events of WandaVision, Loki, No Way Home, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Daredevil: Born Again, etc., without turning the whole thing into an Avengers movie.
The comedy would come from these ordinary people trying to survive in a world where superheroes, aliens, mutants, multiversal events and giant disasters are basically normal now.
And the funniest part?
Gary has already been there since Phase 2. 😂
This wouldn't be Happy Endings 2. It would be a completely new MCU story using the same actors, with Gary as the one established connection.
Basically:
Iron Man 3 → Infinity Saga → Blip → Multiverse Saga → Chattanooga Five
I'm not saying Marvel is actually doing this. This is just a ridiculous fancast/concept I can't stop thinking about 😂.
Would you guys want to see Adam Pally return as Gary, with the rest of the Happy Endings cast playing new MCU characters?

Maybe they’ll have a baby and put it in a wicker bassinet.

Would've loved to see a vacation episode with the gang. Like maybe them all tagging along because of a client Penny has abroad or Alex's designs being used in a fashion show or something.
What ideas would you have liked to have seen them explore?

Reached it a little lately and need to move on to a new comfort show, my top ones are
1. New girl
2. Happy endings
3. HIMYM
I don’t really love the vibe or arrested development or community for reference .
Any suggestions?

Can’t sit through a meeting with someone saying it without thinking about the joke. That’s all. Sitting through one right now.

Saw this article and decided to check it out. I'm not a huge BBT fan (I don't think I would watch Schindler's list in wet clothes over it but maybe), but when they had Community as the first one, I instantly thought Happy Endings would be on this list. I'm disappointed that Happy Endings doesn't get the love it deserves.
