Xunlai Heroic Service Agents [XHSA] is looking for players that are looking for a home to make some friends and learn some team oriented end game content. Our guild has a long history of building members up, teaching them the content and builds, and maintaining a fun and respectful environment to grow into.

Fractals

Fractals are presently being ran at all tiers every night about +1 hour after reset and later. We have no requirements other than having a appropriate AR level for the tier you are joining. New to fractals? No worries. So are others here. T1 fractals ran along side our other runs daily. These are usually guided so members can learn the mechanics and are not just running through confused. This is the perfect stepping stone into more advanced content and challenge motes. We welcome any and all to join us.

Raids

We are current putting together our first raid team of 2026. This team will be the initial learning team that will start at the strike mission format of encounters before moving on to full raid wings. We are mainly looking for DPS raiders to finish filling this team. However, more teams will form as we grow as a guild. Sign up for these teams and times will be on our discord. Most raids will take place in the evening hours for the US time zones. We also have back up sign ups we maintain to fill absent team members until there is enough for another team to be formed on a time slot that works for them.

We only have the following requirements.

-Use a meta or near meta build.
-Must have at-least exotic gear in the correct stat set for your build.

We believe these are the bare minimum requirements for a successful team. Members must be prepared to be successful in the raid and must seek to continuously improve where possible. In raids, communication is key. You must be able to at-least listen to keep up with whats going on. Respect is probably the most up importance. People got show up on time. The team must be positive and offer/take criticism in a respectful manner. Remember this is a video game we play to have fun.

Achievements/HoM

When Hall of Monuments launch there will be a high focus on helping members complete the required achievements to get all their GW3 unlocks. That being said its not at all uncommon for a few guild members to get together to grind out an achievement.

XHSA is driven by creating a fun respectful environment. This is a game after all, and we all come here to have fun. We have a set of rules to maintain this environment that can be read below. They can be summed up with the statement "don't be a jerk". If you choose to join, you will be asked if you reviewed and agree to these rules.

Quality over Quantity Membership

Quality of Quantity means that we focus on recruiting people aligned with our values that are regularly active in game and community. We feel that a roster of 150 active, social, and dedicated players is better than a mega guild where the guild chat can become a secondary public LFG for many members that may or may not be helpful. We like recruiting players that want to be part of a organized team and community. Our most active hours are in the evening for the US time zones.

We build members up

We do not expect most people to be experts right off the bat. If you are new to any type of content we welcome you to take the opportunity to get your feet wet. This is what we specialized in before with both raids and fractals that made us a success. A player must be looking for continuous improvement and offer calm constructive feedback among team members when they feel the need to do so. Raids and other high performance content can get tense with the frustrations of growing as a team. Its important that members conduct themselves respectful towards one another or it all falls apart. Team sign ups will begin as soon as I feel we can fill a team that agrees on a regular time.

Representation Policy

We do not require 100% representation to be a member of this guild nor does this have any weight on joining a team here. However, we do expect majority rep. We believe keeping an active roster both in terms of represent and participation. Therefore we are looking for players interested in settling into community. Also, certain perks will be offered for members that pledge and maintain 100% rep as we get established. In the past there were things like these like free raffle tickets, full rep member exclusive giveaways, ect. Our 100% rep pledge does have exceptions for alt banking guilds.

Guild Wars 3

This community will seek to move to Guild Wars 3 as its main game on release day. I am sure we will have members playing both games. However, guild activities will be more focused on Guild Wars 3 after release date. I'm a returning player who never really touched instanced content or WvW in the past. I have four level 80s and am looking to dabble in some of this endgame content now but I'm hoping to find a guild who can guide me through some of the overwhelm.

The Static's Goal

To improve our gameplay to the point where we are able to kill each raid boss on the highest difficulty in a near-optimal fashion.

This means advanced strategies and encounter-specific compositions that improve group DPS through:

• Role compression allowing for fewer specialized support classes and healers.
• DPS classes that are suited to the encounter (given the encounter's phase length and general uptime).
• Learning how to change your rotation and loadout to better fit the encounter.

How together we will accomplish this

To accomplish this, each week will pick a boss to grind. We'll prepare strategies and loadouts for the boss in question, practice them ahead of time and then put them to the test. Each kill will consist of focusing on stress points until they are ironed out completely. Raid time can include intermissions where we discuss and reassess our strategy. This may even involve players helping each other work towards better rotations. After we stop pulling, we will debrief, look at logs or vods and reflect on our play, as this is just as important as the practice itself.

Finally, once everyone is achieving target DPS numbers, and clean mechanical execution, the boss will be considered done.

What we ask of all our members

• Players who understand that there will be times when we struggle, but understand that struggle is the key part of the journey, because that is where we learn the most. We want to be able to depend on each other not only as teammates capable of executing gameplay, but as a group where people are comfortable to experiment and make mistakes without judgement.
• A willingness and drive to learn and improve, both with the group, and in your own time. To share what you learn with the group so that we can all improve.
• A willingness to try new things — both new classes and tweaks to classes you are already familiar with. If you have poor performance on a class, it's usually because something just isn't clicking. Figuring out what's going wrong is what is going to make you improve the most as a player. We all have different tendencies and blind spots and this game has enough depth that different classes ask for different disciplines, and thus come easier to different people.
• The ability to record your own gameplay and rapidly upload your own logs. These are key tools for self-analysis and troubleshooting.

Vods allow you to see things like cursor position, where you're looking, whether you're queuing skills, and which skills are about to come off cooldown.

Being able to quickly upload a log of a 10 second opener makes it easy to see whether you are cancelling abilities or leaking auto attacks. It lets you see if you executed your rotation as intended and reveals possible loadout issues. ArcdpsLogManager is an excellent tool for easily uploading logs and I am happy to personally show you how to use it.

Raid time is at 11:30 EST on Saturday and Monday for about 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours at most.

About Us

Hello, and welcome!

We are a small, 11 year old, 18+, end-game PvE guild with around 50 members looking for active and chill players with some experience in the content we do to join us in some of our guild activities and discord.

Summary

In short we're an instanced-focused PvE guild with many experienced players casually playing the game. We focus on the fun of it vs min/maxing rewards & the extreme optimization of encounters.

In long, we're a community that enjoys the unique combat and movement systems of the game - since in our opinion no other MMORPG can match it - and it's why we keep playing GW2. We enjoy experimenting with what is possible instead of only copying what others' do and leaving it at that; GW2 has so many specializations, weapons, and tools to be as creative as you want, and we embrace that.

So by understanding the combat and movement systems of the game as well as we do, we create our own skips, strategies, builds, methods of doing mechanics, avenues of research, and overall an environment of open-ended thinking, all while preventing burn-out without really thinking about it.

With the above in mind, those who at least agree in part with our ideology would be a good fit for the guild.

Activities

Training / Content

Summary

A team (never being 10/10) focusing on training, build/mechanic practice, encounter/build research, and Raid Bounties if nothing else is planned. This may also include encounter spams on a specific day and all encounters will always be Normal Mode (NM).

Additional Info

If you're a newer player or someone that's returning after a long break, this may be the place for you. We'll go through all encounters in the game, explain what you should expect in other groups (and go into detail about what you won't), and provide ample practice to get comfortable with instanced encounters. And for those more experienced you'll have opportunities to practice more specific roles (e.g. SH Pushing, KO Mech Tanking, Q2 Pylon), though training/research will take precedence.

Prerequisites

Here's what we're looking for if you're interested in learning instanced content:
- 1 Set of Ascended Gear. There's a whole world out there to explore that (especially with the Wizard's Vault's help) will help provide you your ascended gear. In our opinion until a player has a full set of ascended gear they should go and enjoy the world and game that GW2 is; there's no need to push yourself towards instanced content so early on - especially given the fact that it's completely optional to achieve whatever other goals you have in the game.
- Willingness for Build Practice. In short this means being willing to hop into the SFTA with whatever build you wanna learn and practice it. We're interested in teaching players that want to improve at the game so when they go into instanced content they can hold their own, both with mechanical knowledge and DPS / Boons / Healing. This also means we'll have incremental soft bench% requirements before we teach more difficult encounters.
- Time. While self-explanatory, having the time to hop into the SFTA to practice your build and join us for training is important. For someone learning we're asking ~50% attendance though higher is always appreciated considering we're always doing something nearly every day of the week. And once you've learned every encounter there's no need to join us anymore unless you want to improve at specific roles. For those that have a long list of goals / enjoy teaching players we ask for ~80% attendance.

• Monday - Saturday @ 6PM Eastern (reset-2) for 1 hour.

Raid & Straid CM Clears

Summary

A team focusing on All Raid Wing & Straid (Raid Encounter) CM weekly clears.
For Straid CM's it includes the following: AH, XJJ, KO, OLC, CO. More may be added in the future.

Additional Info

While we do focus on clears, considering the ample time we have available they're not too serious. While we always have fallback safe strategies, we'll still play around with fun, new, and interesting ways to complete encounters when ideas come up. Sometimes we'll prog CM's (or get other people prog'd into them), or we'll dedicate a day to something specific; when it happens we'll let you know what clears you'll be missing for the week so you can LFG them.

Requirements

Here's what we're looking for if you're interested in being part of the team:
- Normal Mode Experience. While we're willing to teach CM's (and conveniently most CM's are similar to NM), this team is not here to teach NM versions of all encounters and raid wings; we have an earlier timeslot (see above) and misc. scheduling where that information and experience can be acquired.
- 90% Benchmark on your Build. While we acknowledge that clears can be done with far less, there is a balance between build performance, encounter adaptability, and consistency - regardless of latency - that should be respected. Acquiring this bench% showcases rotational understanding and build comprehension to the extent that little mental bandwidth needs to be allocated to achieve build performance. We'll gladly learn your build(s) of choice alongside you and change & assist the bench% according to the build's difficulty and your latency.
- Consistency. In order to execute our safe strategies when need be and otherwise have fun with different ones, we need consistency; minimal dying to instant-kill mechanics, knowing when to transition from a fun clear to a safe clear, and overall being comfortable with both the encounter and your build.
- Time. We're looking for ~80% attendance. If there's a week you can't show or life's making things difficult we'll do our best to make it work. The "80%" is just a rough guideline to think about for attendance.

Schedule

• Monday - Saturday @ 7PM Eastern (reset-1) for ~1 hour.
  

Fractals

Each weekday our 3-man fractal team gets together and does all T4's + Recs and the CM version of the T4 if it's a daily. We do a lot of skips, tricks, portals, and group coordination to both minimize downtime and encourage bursty play, which works well both as a team and when we need to get players off of LFG.

There's a lot more we can do with more team-members as we look to fill our roster out. We're looking for players that at least have some experience in fractals and a couple of its CM's, while also having a couple builds that favor normal and CM fractals.

• Mondays - Saturdays @ 8PM Eastern (reset+0) for around 30 - 40 minutes.

Others

• Discord is our primary communication tool between guild members; we keep track of the guild's best kills, kill history, other game chats, announcements, substitutions, and much more. Because of how integral it is to the guild, it is mandatory.
  
• Daylight Savings is a topic that comes up twice a year, so for clarity's sake: We do not care about DST. This means that if you are affected by DST, you must change accordingly. In other words for those that are affected by DST, all activities will be 1 hour earlier when that time comes in a couple months.
  
• As of the time of this post, next week is the final expansion update for Visions of Eternity. As such next week we'll be almost entirely focused on enjoying what the update has to offer, including lots of time engaging with the Nexus of Eternity Straid and the Solitary Throne Fractal. We'll go back to business as usual the following week.

Hi, we're Certified Side Questers [SIDE]! We're an NA early morning/afternoon PvE guild that focuses on enjoying the game together, doing a little of this and a little of that, while hanging out in voice chat and making friends as we journey around Tyria.

* We have a max guild hall (Lost Precipice)
* We have people who enjoy a range of activities (achievement hunting, story, map comp, PvP, dungeons, WvW, metas, fractals, farming, rift hunting, etc)
* We have a small group that runs WvW together a few times a week, and anyone is welcome to join.
* We have new members, vets, and returning players. We welcome all gamers.
* We do require discord and highly suggest voice chat. We aim to make friends and build something strong and enjoyable.
* While we enjoy playing with each other in group content, we also understand some people play at their own pace.
* We have our own LFG in discord, that we encourage our members to use to make groups.

As of right now, our most active hours are (roughly) weekdays 8am-4pm CST. We do not aim to be active or have any group events happen at/after reset. If you're looking for a reset/evening guild, sorry, this isn't it.

Again, we do require discord. If you're not into using it and being in voice chats, that's fine, but we most likely aren't the guild for you.

Casual PvE Guild — Raids & Fractals

• Some experience may be required depending on the run.

Sunday — Casual Full Clears

• 20:00–23:00 UK Time
• No experience required! Just come along and have fun.

`Daily Runs — No Experience Required`

• Randomly throughout the day
• Drop in whenever there's a run happening!

No Pressure

• You don't have to join any of the runs. Play whenever you can, whenever you want. There's no requirement to attend raids or fractals.

No Toxicity

• We're here to have fun, enjoy the game, and make other people's day a little better through our raids.
• No elitism, no toxicity — just good vibes and hopefully some good loot!

Howdy howdy! Does anyone have a Guild or Discord Server to point to that does introduction to Raids? LFG Training is practically empty at all times and I really don’t want to negatively affect experience players in the LFG Experienced panels. I was able to tag along a few times with the super simple IBS Raids and I loved it. Where can I find folks who are open to teaching Raid content?
