I haven’t received mine, it said, shipped in August. Yet, it’s October already. This is so frustrating because I was really eager to try them since I do like electrolyte powders.

I’m trying to figure out what company sent it but i looked up the address and it’s a warehouse in Buffalo. Sent only the fragrance mini set and no company card (usually my freebies always have a note inside from the website I got it from), any one else?

Hello all! Did any of you also qualify for one of the several different Bobbi Brown makeup brushes? I got an email on September 22nd saying that I had been accepted, and normally I wouldn't worry, but the due date is in a little less than a month. Usually, the product arrives shortly after they send the email; for example, I got accepted for the Tom Ford foundation, and I got the email on the 24th of September and already have the product. I'm hoping that it's just one of those things where they haven't shipped them yet, but my mail carrier is new and she keeps making mistakes, so I just want to double-check and see if any of you have received them.

I love Topbox so much. It's definitely either feast or famine , when it comes to qualifying and nowhere in between, but it's worth it.

I received an email on September 22nd saying I was approved for the program to get a brush from Bobbi Brown, and as you know, they usually ship it right when they send the email. On the 24th, I got an email saying I was approved for the Tom Ford one, and it arrived a week later, but I still have no makeup brush. I am nervous because I have never had a product not show up. I do not know what could have happened unless they are delayed in shipping, but they are usually pretty good about that. I also have another task due for Tom Ford in about a month, maybe five weeks, and I have already had it for a week or two, so I am starting to get very worried.

If you have already received yours, please let me know if you could; that would be wonderful. Also, if you remember when you received it or a ballpark date, that would be great too. Just in case it arrived and my husband opened it without realizing it was something important, can any of you send a picture of it in its box so that I know what to look for

I am really hoping that nothing happened to it, as that would be awful. I hope they will be understanding, but I really wanted to try that out because if I liked it, I am in the market for new brushes and would have purchased more. An important side note: I did send them an email a week ago, but I have not heard anything back. Best, K

I was supposed to received a shampoo also but only these two camed. What should I do? I don't know if the shampoo is going to come later on or what

I normally don’t do “pay to play” type of campaigns because of the financial risk being placed on the reviewer. Seriously, don’t bother.

One of my friends completed a perfume campaign through them, and I got the same invite. I decided to do it because it was a perfume I was planning on repurchasing anyway. Might as well be refunded for it.

Wrong. They stopped responding to my emails after telling me the date I was set to be paid. That date has come and gone. I took a look at their BBB profile and many people have the same experience. Some are out hundreds, mine was 90.

I’m was looking for a gift seen a mens hoodie and was checking the reviews and one review said they got it free for their honest review . I didn’t know that was possible . is there a certain company they went through does any one know ? the only one I know os top box circle and that makeup/beauty . Any info i thank you for in advance

UPDATE 10/23 - one of the packages delivered today! It was the Jo Malone mini favorites cologne collection. Still not sure who sent it bc the return address was a generic warehouse (depew, NY) and there’s no label.

Have two packages on my USPS dashboard that are coming from wizmo in stow OH. (Labels created yesterday for both) anyone have any idea what this could be? I mainly just use topbox but those packages usually come from Buffalo NY

I left a review for the Tom Ford Tobacco Chocolat fragrance on the Tom Ford website a week ago, and it's still not showing up. Anyone else not having their review showing up? I rated it lower, so I'm not sure if they're only accepting the higher rated reviews.

Did anyone else get this and absolutely hate it. Its one of the most RANK smelling things ive ever received. It had zero redeeming qualities in my opinion. It reminds me of those old Avon colognes you find on the shelf of a goodwill that just smell awful and stick to your skin forever

Random question….do they ever let us know if we were selected for profits after we apply for them or do they just randomly show up? I’m new to the freebie sites so any help is appreciated. Also I’ll take any suggestions for other sample sites as well. 😁
