We are currently looking for a healer for our static for TEA and Evercold savage. Our existing healer mains WHM, but can also play SGE. We'd prefer a similar flexibility if possible. For TEA, she's currently going as SGE.

All members have cleared UWU and a few have cleared previous tiers of savage while others have only dabbled. EC savage will be blind to start before we take on what the community decides.

Our current raiding schedule is Tues/Thurs/Fri at 7:30pm EST for around 2-ish hours, maybe 3, but we're also going in pf on non-static days to practice what we're struggling on.

Additional info:

• Expectations: Reasonable prog, study before raid time, inform if late or can't make it

• We’re a bunch of dorks, so please also be one too. :3

• LGBTQA+ friendly; a good number of us are queer

• Be kind and respectful; don’t be overly obnoxious

• Be communicative

• VC required for communication

We will trial run potential members.

Send me a message if you’re interested!

Please provide logs and introduce yourself when messaging me. The party's logs can be provided upon request.

Also put that you’re from r/ffxivrecruitment so I don’t just delete the message.

The velvet troupe was formed as an idea i had to help my friends who struggled to get into high end raiding, and a place for me to make new friends who play 14.
our goal is to create a welcoming place to help people try high end content while not ignoring the other great parts of 14.
So if you are interested in high end raiding, a socially active fc, or just want more people to hangout with on this game then the velvet troupe will be glad to have you.
we want to keep it below 15 people so its not over encumbering to some who may not be comfortable with large groups.
Fun and inclusive is the goal of our fc so if you are interested in that be sure to let us know.
The inspiration for our name is based on a circus so crazy antics and clowning around is to be expected.
Feel free to dm me if interested.

About Us:

We're a 7/8 Ultimate static currently at BJCC BPOG. Several members have previously cleared TEA, and our group has a wealth of experience clearing Ultimate content. We set this temporary static up to help some friends progress and clear. Our goal is to maintain a consistent, efficient progression environment while keeping the atmosphere positive and respectful.

We're looking for a dependable Main Tank who takes preparation seriously, communicates well, and wants to work toward a timely clear.

Schedule:

Monday / Thursday / Saturday

5:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM Pacific (Duration is flexible depending on how the others feel)

Cosa puoi vivere insieme a noi?

➤ Dungeon, Roulette e Trial
➤ Extreme, Savage e raid PvE
➤ Treasure Maps e mount farming
➤ Crafting, Gathering e progressione

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm a returning player looking to get back into FFXIV properly. I've got a level 100 Summoner and have recently picked up Sage, which I'm keen to learn and hopefully make my main, but I've still got a long way to go before I reach level 100 on it!

I'm hoping to find a friendly Free Company with a Discord where people hang out in voice chat, have a laugh and generally chill together. It would be great to meet some nice people who don't mind showing a returning player the ropes, helping me get back into the swing of things and maybe running some content together.

I'm not looking for anything too hardcore or serious, just a welcoming group of people to play with, chat to and hopefully make some friends along the way. 😊

I'm UK-based, so an EU FC would be ideal!

If your FC sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear from you! ❤️

Hello I am in the look for a group tackling UMAD. I am flex healer able to do SAGE/ASTRO, have exp in both but id have to derust since it has been about a month and a halfish since i was last in the fight. Will pf the derust so no worries in that part. Would pref like to clear before EC and farm a couple totems out of this fight. I am willing to sim ahead of mechs and future phases and come prepared.

My schedule looks as follows

Fri to Tuesday- From 7PM EST to 1AM EST, willing to go later for the right group. My weekends I am free all day so do not mind going in earlier on Saturdays or Sundays.

Prog Crusaders - 7/8 EU Chaos based Static that's looking for a shield healer, tank or M2 melee dps (non mnk). Group prog point is p3 Apoc. If you can reliably get to p3, feel free to dm me on disc (eldritchcannon). Group raids wed/thurs/sat for three hours with a small break. DM if you're interested!

Hello, our static is LF the listed roles above for our DSR progression and farm. Raid days are Sun/Mon/Wed from 6-9PM PST. Current composition is: PLD, WAR, AST, RPR, SMN/PCT, and our sixth member will flex melee/phys ranged depending on what you choose to play for DPS. Multiple members of the group have cleared DSR prior on different roles, and several are fresh to the fight. This is not a blind prog group, we will use established NAUR strats and mit plans.

The group will prog at a hardcore pace, aiming to clear DSR and farm totems from it prior to Evercold launch. There is no set time for the clear other than before Evercold, our expectation for pace is hardcore with each night ending with us reaching a new mechanic/lower percentage.

The 6 current members have all played together in some manner from Ultimates to BLU raiding and try to maintain a laid back atmosphere while quickly progging through the fights. As raid lead I have experience leading statics from BLU to Ultimate since Shadowbringers, current expansion clears as raid lead have been Week 1 M4S and Week 2 M8S, Week 3 M12S, on patch Dancing Mad, and I led a DSR group to multiple clears during late Endwalker as tank. I stream our raids on my personal Twitch and Youtube account for PoV analysis post raid to improve the group for the next session, logs are run for group progress and additional info. If you are uncomfortable with logs or PoV of our gameplay this is not the group for you.

What we're looking for/expectations:

-Friendly/relaxed attitude and prog focused mentality during raid times. This includes the ability to take and provide positive constructive criticism. As long as improvement is being made and mistakes aren't consistent I'm usually lenient.

-Punctuality (Private PF usually posted 10-15 minutes before raid start) to include gear, food, and potions with the current prog point studied at minimum and applicable sims practiced. Perfect attendance isnt a requirement however, if a raid night must be missed for IRL reasons please inform me prior to the day so I can find a sub for the night you are missing. IRL appointments and issues are more important than the game, all I ask is for a heads up so I can cover for you.

-BiS Gear ready to go from Day 1/Food and Potions ready at raid start times each night. We expect you to have the maximum amount of gear ready to go day 1 along with enough new potions and food for the evening. Many members of the group including myself have crafters leveled and are willing to work with you if you do not have crafting leveled and need food/pots for raid but you must let us know ahead of time.

-Some previous raiding experience and logs for me to look over and check. Not looking for purple/orange parses or anything, just an indicator of how you play/death count. Minimum Savage level logs please.

-Trial: We generally have applicants trial with us for 2-3 nights to see if you fit with the group and are studying and learning the fight at a similar pace to us.

Not Acceptable:

-Toxicity/poor attitude to include shaming/parse shaming. Negative criticisms of other members performance will result in being removed from the group. Logs are only run and provided for member improvement

-No shows and constant attendance issues requiring me to continually find subs for you. If IRL situations change and you can no longer meet the required raid times please let me know and we can recruit a replacement.

-Inability to improve/progression. I'd rather work with you to improve than cut you, this is a last resort for me and only if you're severely holding the group back from progressing over multiple nights/raid sessions. Its not personal, sometimes the pace is just a bad fit.

Moonlight Mystics is a long-time casual fc on Hyperion - anyone is welcome to join our Discord to just hang out! Talk about ffxiv, others games, whatever vibes people feel that day.

Join us on Discord!

Keep safe everyone and best wishes on your adventures!

Greetings traveler.

The Mystic Horizon is a brand new FC looking for members to come around and enjoy the game with! Whether you are a brand new sprout going through the MSQ, to an Ultimate Clearing Giga Chad we welcome all to this new community.

The free company is freshly new and does not have the ability to bid on a FC House plot. But we do have the essentials 24/7 buffs and willing to make certain days have specific buffs like extra time for food buffs, and extra MGP for Saturday nights going into Sunday for Jumbo Cactpot. Once there is a good consistent number of people I do plan on hosting events depending on the availability of everyone.

I also want to make this an open community for all to join, not just focus solely on those in the FC. I'm currently in the works of setting up a Discord server so that everything can be in one place.

If you feel interested in joining feel free to send me a message. I try my best to get back in touch as fast as I can.

Safe Travels.

im in the us on crystal malboro down to move around if we are on different servers o7 looking to hear from you

Older gamers looking for new recruits. No drama. We are Gen-X/Elder Millenials looking to expand our FC with other gamers like ourselves. Old. Achy. Broken. Been around the block a few times on our big wheels. Sarcastic. But with dark senses of humor.

Recruiting all jobs and all skill levels. Currently Rank 30 with all entitlements, small FC plot in Shirogane, with a workshop, 1 Airship, 2 Submarines and an Aetherwheel for Rank III Actions. Willing to help with content and want to be able to run weekly events like Mount Farming and Maps.

Have questions? Look for Gyrion Thalas or Artonus Kortan . I'm on various times throughout the day. A brief application is available on the discord channel (link below) or a brief in-game interview (Gyrion Thalas), or send me a message on Discord: Papawarlock.

Please apply via Discord channel link: https://discord.gg/ZAjYqj7Hg

Come on, weary traveller, get inside and take cover from the rain. You can dry your coat near the hearth and get comfortable while I make you a cup of tea. How about a hearty Ishgardian brew ike last time? I'll throw in some rose petals to sweeten it, okay?

Hello everyone! While we're looking for a plot in the Lavender Beds to bring our teashop to life I thought this would be the perfect moment to get some new patrons too!

The goal is to create a socially active but laid-back group of nerds. We're also keeping it small, roughly 15/20 people maximum and were doing events like Maps, Screenshot contests and raid nights, but the focus will be on just having a refuge to unwind in while playing the game. The world is kinda going to shit in some ways so lets fight that with tea and bad jokes <3

I'm a huge lore nerd so if any other lore nerds / fic writers are looking for an FC please hit me up!

For any questions you can contact me on disc at Colombette or as Khiri B'nargin on Light.

Hoping to hear from you soon!

xx Khiri

Hi! Started playing around January of this year. Had a break around February after playing nonstop for a few weeks. Finally came back around to playing. I'm using a steam deck to play, still getting used to it after playing on PC previously. I do own a separate keyboard for typing chat messages.

I get sidetracked from the MSQ a lot. Love doing versatile activities like ocean fishing, gathering and crafting, doing events and stuff at the Gold Saucer. PVP is cool too but I'm very bad at it. Still doing ARR despite having almost 300 hours...yeah

Have a lot of free time, still no promises about a schedule. I'm trying to pace myself so I don't get burnt out again :(

Send a DM if you'd like to play together!

Who we are!

We’re a diverse group of people who all come from a variety of backgrounds, are LGBTQ+ friendly, and have a variety of careers, family lives, and hobbies! Having fun and being casual/social is what we pride ourselves in, and that’s just how we play. Some of us are new to MMO's through FF14, some come from other games, but we're all here to enjoy the game together!

FC Features!

The FC currently has a Medium house located in the 3rd Ward of The Mists, plot 60. Beach front property, close to the markets and summoning bells! Several of our members have even purchased their own personal housing down the street from the main FC! We are Rank 30 and have 4 submarines. We have garden plots available for use (upon request) and of course chocobo stables for your favorite chickens! We supply glamour prisms, dyes, chocobo fodder and dyes as well to our members if needed. We will also craft gear for you on request if you need help gearing up a job or you are just trying to reach that next iLVL for a dungeon! We have FC buffs up 24/7, they are usually EXP and Teleport Rates. We also have a number of players available to help others learn new jobs & crafting/gathering!

What we’re looking for!

We love meeting new people and have met some great people throughout our FC's history, going back to 2013 when we were first formed. We would like to find active players to populate our FC and Discord with for fun times! We're looking for people that love doing weekly events with others whilst making friends! Life happens and people have to take breaks, that’s understandable, we all have our responsibilities. Nobody will be removed because of life! We’re most active during evenings and late nights during the week. Our weekly events start at 5pm PST / 8pm EST and usually run around 2 hours. FC members come from a variety of time zones, PST, EST, even a few in Europe and Japan! We are also looking for those who want to help build a more fun and social community! With the current lull the game is experiencing, we are always looking for active & social players, that enjoy weekly events such as Mount Farms, Maps, etc.

How to apply!

Firstly, you do it in game! If you see a member with the <GOBBY> tag, just apply through them! You could also check the Party Finder (occasionally) and Fellowship Finder. Our Fellowship is reposted frequently, but remember, we’re a Gilgamesh Free Company! Lots of love from other servers, but you can’t join unless you’re on Gilgamesh! 😄 We can still be friends though, no worries! Look for my character in game for an invite or questions:

Akanea Tenryu

Celica Frey

Finally, if you're interested or have questions, you can contact us outside of the game through Discord, message Akanea or celibun. You can also send a message right here through Reddit!

⚔️ ASCENSION ULTIMATUM — RECRUITING RAIDERS!

Data Center: Aether (NA)

Focus: Savage | Ultimate | Extreme

Experience: Fresh Prog → Clears → Reclears/Farm

Schedule: Flexible, based on member availability

Community: Midcore Mindset / Casual-Friendly Atmosphere

About Us
Ascension Ultimatum is a growing FFXIV raiding community looking for more players interested in tackling high-end content together.
Our goal is to bring together like-minded players who want to improve, progress through difficult fights, earn clears, and have a good time doing it.
We’re aiming for a midcore mentality without the hardcore scheduling requirements. We want people who take mechanics seriously, come prepared, learn from mistakes, and work together to get better. At the same time, we understand that everyone has work, school, families, and lives outside the game.
We’re not looking for perfection. We’re looking for people willing to put in the effort to improve.

🎯 CONTENT & GOALS
• Savage: Current-tier progression, first clears, weekly reclears, and gearing.
• Ultimate: Building groups to tackle Ultimate encounters, from fresh prog through eventual clears.
• Extreme: Learning parties, mount farms, and helping other members get clears.
• Long-Term: Build a reliable community of raiders who can continue playing together across future raid tiers and expansions.

🛡️ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re welcoming players across all combat roles:
• Tanks — MT / OT
• Healers — Regen / Shield
• DPS — Melee / Physical Ranged / Caster
Both experienced raiders and players looking to break into harder content are welcome.
You don’t need to have cleared every fight or have perfect FFLogs parses. What matters more is having the right mindset and being willing to learn.

📋 EXPECTATIONS
• Know your job and be willing to improve your rotation and performance.
• Come prepared to learn mechanics, study guides, and discuss strategies when needed.
• Communicate respectfully and be receptive to constructive feedback.
• Be patient with progression and understand that wipes are part of learning.
• Respect other members’ time and communicate when you’ve committed to a raid.
• Have fun! We’re here to enjoy the game while accomplishing something together.

📅 FLEXIBLE RAID SCHEDULING
One thing we’re doing differently is using our own Discord raid-planning bot to help members find groups without needing everyone to follow one fixed weekly schedule.
Members can:
• Save the days and times they’re normally available.
• Select which Savage, Ultimate, and Extreme fights they’re interested in.
• Specify whether they’re progging, looking for a first clear, farming, or willing to help others.
• Find upcoming raids that match their interests and availability.
• Create raid groups or sign up for existing ones.
You don’t have to commit to a rigid static schedule just to be part of the community. Join the raids that fit your schedule and goals.

🤝 OUR COMMUNITY
We’re building something for the long term, not just filling a Party Finder for one night.
We want a welcoming group where players can develop friendships, learn together, help each other improve, and eventually tackle some of the hardest content FFXIV has to offer.
Whether you’re an experienced raider looking for more consistent groups or someone ready to take Savage and Ultimate content seriously, we’d love to have you.

📩 INTERESTED?
Send me a DM with:
• Your main job(s) and any roles you can flex.
• Your experience with Savage / Ultimate content.
• What fights you’re currently interested in.
• Your general availability and time zone.
Feel free to reach out even if you’re newer to high-end raiding!
Let’s build a solid group, get some clears, and enjoy the grind together. ⚔️

Raid times: 10:30 PM EST to 1:00 AM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Hello! Thunder Eight is an experienced raid static looking for a tank to finish off M12S with. We’re cleaning up Replication 2 and are looking to push into Idyllic Dream. We've cleared most tiers since Shadowbringers on content, and have always made it to the fourth floor in the tiers we haven't.

We’re a close-knit, fun-loving group; our priority is always the enjoyment of our fellow raid members. But we’re also fully capable of getting focused and clearing content, while still balancing fun. Semi-casual is the label that best fits us; we all have a proven desire and commitment to clearing tiers, but never at the expense of our friendships and enjoyment of the game. Just come in with a positive attitude and a willingness to discuss and learn! You can contact me here on Reddit, or on Discord at RenewalXVII!
