Question Stuck in loading Screen (pc)

So, I am late to playing this game, 60h in, enjoying it which makes this so frustrating... now after tabbing out after a boss I suddenly find myself stuck in the loading screen, 100percent, can scroll to the tips, but thats it

I know that this issue had accured before in this game to many players and I tried every "solution" presented online, nothing works for me

As a last resord, if there is someone out there that somehow has a solution for this, can you help me?

If there really is no fix for this and I have to start over, I wont, this should not happen in a game of this caliber
